Getting the G260 ready for the M50 E30... So close to Install time!!

Refreshing and resealing the g260 to be used with the m50 in the e30. Opted to stay with the g260 for my swap as it makes it easier using the stock driveshaft and diff, etc. New seals, new fluid, and it is ready for install on motor. Then we Install!

As far as I know you could bolt up the M20 flywheel with no problem if it's 6.3kg. If it's 8.3kg you need to machine it down to around 6. You could also use your M50 starter but you needo to have a spacer. Big love from Europe dude, keep up the videos. I've recently found your videos and been randomly watching every one.

Any issues with overheating on your m50 e30? I’m running the late model radiator, aux fan and stock clutch fan and can’t seem to get mine cool. Any thoughts? Keep up the good work. Just sub’d.

I never had any issues, no aux fan too. If its not staying cool when driving its waterpump or thermostat. If only at idle then clutch fan isn’t doing its job

Currently doing the swap on my e30 I’m going to run the same clutch and flywheel setup. Did you use the m50 starter or the m20 starter? 😊

Not completely sure. Im pretty sure it came on a lot of m30 cars, like 535, 635, etc.
