- The Election Commission today admitted a mobile phone of an "authorised person" was used by the aide of a candidate "unauthorisedly" while votes were being counted in Mumbai North West Lok Sabha seat.
The Shiv Sena's Ravindra Waikar had won from this constituency. In a statement to the media, the Election Commission said the returning officer has already filed a police case over the matter.

100 constituencies won by BJP have more votes counted than the registered number of votes. In some constituencies the counted votes are less than the registered votes. This means the victory has been declared after the BJP candidate's votes have increased and the Congress candidate's votes have decreased.
How can you get a chance to win through this?
1) One thousand, two thousand votes could have been be deducted from the Congress candidate votes and those votes could be be added to the account of a candidate in the third or fourth position who got more than fifty thousand votes.
2) Or one thousand and two thousand votes could have been added to the tally of the BJP candidate from the account of a candidate who has secured more than fifty thousand votes in the third and fourth place and the Congress candidate can be defeated.

In AP also people have so many doubts regarding the recent concluded general elections. Important note to be observed is that BJP came to power in AP(of course with TDP and Janasena alliance) and Orissa where BJP has negligible vote share in the above two states. Election should be held with ballot papers. All advanced countries have stopped EVM for election.But in India EVM are used in election for the benefit if BJP. ECI is blind to see anything wrong with EVM. They are partial during election for violation of MCC by BJP specially Modi. ECI has lost creditability in the eyes if citizens of India. ECI is not independently and works under pressure of the BJP. It is upto the ECI to restore confidance of the public.
