- The Election Commission of India (ECI) has firmly dismissed allegations of Electronic Voting Machine (EVM) tampering following the booking of a relative of a Shiv Sena MP on charges of hacking EVMs using OTP. The ECI stated unequivocally that EVMs are non-programmable and wireless, making any communication via OTP impossible. Labeling the accusations as baseless, the ECI emphasized the robustness of its election technology. Additionally, a notice has been issued to a newspaper regarding its coverage of the claims. Watch!

ECI should avail some real EVMs to opposition parties for few days to verify whether it can be hacked/manipulated or not.
Don't allow one more election with EVM.
Even a commoner who have a basic idea or primary knowledge of functioning of EvM clearly can know - OTP cannot be used in an EvM
ECI must file case for any such rumors and if confident enough then must challenge the whosoever to once in for all sort out such lingering problem

Hacking can happen only if something is connected to the internet. When you have an instrument which is stand alone it can't be hacked😮
EVM is a stand alone box which is not connected to the internet hence you can't hack it.

All modern printers have self inking facility. So too EVMs. The technology used is called Easy Brain Technology. This technology allows remote dictation too. Certainly initial hiccups will always be there. Next election it will be in perfect working...say..

Connect a light bulb with a wire , put a Tesla coil ( disconnected from d wire) nere it with remote then will it lit d bulb? If d answer is yes then how can u not hack a calculator. A magnet can erase all of ur data of ur mobile hdd, then how it will work differently with evm. Why usa, Germany don't use evm ? Are they cow ? U even can charge a phone by wifi .also various processes r there to put digital data without any internet. Internet is what? A frequency . U can make ur private internet ,it's not legal but tachnically possible to make .
