Where is "vote counting" on the counting day? EVM counts votes secretly. Counting should be visible to the candidate 's satisfaction. It is Fundamental of the candidate. EVM is ultra vires of constitution.

Cm shinde is telling useless things. He doesn't have any knowledge in technology. Nobody is taking gaddar shinde's useless arguments. EC must come forward and check everything again in front of concerned parties, if EC is honest and independent authority.

First thing to do is to make void the recent elections and reconduct elections with ballot paper...To make the entire election held in the country void, one incident happened in madakasira assembly constituency in Andhra Pradesh state is enough... During counting in a booth there, the ruling YCP got only 5 votes whereas the BSP party, a party which people do not recognise at all in that place, got 414 votes... As this seemed to be odd, on the request of YCP agent the EVM was kept aside and at the end of the counting again taken up for counting... They found that the EVM, belonged to parliamentary constituency, hence brought the one that belongs to assembly constituency... But that EVM did not start and hence the vvpats were counted... There the YCP party got 414 votes and BSP party got 5 votes... That one EVM machine misbehaving is enough to cancel the entire elections in the country, because how can the machine swap the votes of the parties without human involvement, which is nothing but tampering...and how can the EVM cannot be started, unless somebody tried to meddle with the flash bios, which gets damaged if there is any power cut or disturbance at the time of tampering. Since the counting was going on, it seems the man who was trying to correct the EVM made some mistake and the flash bios got damaged and that's why the EVM could not start... This particular incident is enough to prove that tampering was done by swapping, and somebody tried to correct it during counting, but failed...Some electronics expert if approaches court with this one incident, can prove tampering in this elections and make the entire elections in the country void.....
