OMG you ate the lemongrass.... im laughing hard when you do that 🤣, even me as Indonesian does not eat it raw like that directly. You can eat eat it as a ingredient for a foods or spices or boil it and drink the water with sugar (healty drink in Indonesia), but never eat it raw
