I hae absolutely zero interest in buying a business in Thailand and especially not a girlybar, but as a search fund enthusiast, I've been wanting to ask you about this and nows my chance. Why didnt you buy a cash-flowing bar to begin with, thats usually the easiest way in to a successful business? Even if you plan on changing the name, having established customers and employees is worth the money, let alone the cashflow of the business. Also im curious, here in the US non-cyclical businesses trade at about 4x and bars sell for about 2x-3x since they're a lot about the quality of the bartender making friends with regulars. What do bars trade for in Thailand? If they sell for 2x cash flow, it only makes 7-8kUSD a year. Good luck in your businesses dealings btw
Just a suggestion: when you are quoting prices, show subtitles with currency conversions, or go ahead and tell us what the prices are in USD, EUROS, and others, depending on your subscribers. I would imagine that most of them are UK, USA, and Aussies. Like I said, just a suggestion. Keep up the good work.

Well said and a very reasonable question in my opinion ,you are obviously a guy who knows buisness and has a understanding of how things work..
Suggestion would be to include the figures, expenditures, staff salaries etc How are we talking business without the figures ?
Do you have a list of businesses up for sale or advise where I can find one
What kind of business you wanting and where would you want to be? That’s an idea I have for the future but not setup yet.
