    I truly despise when someone teaches retracting the shoulders on the deadlift. So here’s my rant and skill practice drill for both conventional and sumo. As well as plenty of F-bombs to show how emphatically I despise them. Also I’ve been diligently working on the website.     How much lats are we using in this. Like would it be comparable to the lat engagement in a row? If we don't pack the lats then what are we using more during the lift?
