Oh my going through these makes me feel so old now but I grew up with Delia and the best part about Delia is she is simply a down to earth working woman, that has helped millions of us including myself. Well done You!

The How To Cook series with its three volumes of recipe books, is a timeless triumph. I still watch it and read the books to get inspiration.

Exactly. I hate cooking but I’ll happily try anything she’s put in a book or on a tv show. She’s very calming to watch and seems genuinely lovely.

Pork chops with mushrooms and cream were had today, 11th Feb 2021, and still amazing.
