i have ebook : Automating with S7 1200 , by :Hans berger Edition :2nd , and it has written for TIA Portal V11 and i want use TIA V16
can i use this ebook ? is it usefull ? isnt it too old ? cause i dont know which blocks has changed from TIA v11 to V16

please is the Siemens TIA portal free. Unlike your country it's very difficult to get the PLC do you know of any online store where I can get the S7-1200
