@@siemprehablo 😂 funny story. Got platinum for 2 weeks, swiped on thousands matched with hundreds, had conversations. But 0️⃣ connections 😂. But hey I’m going back on at the end of the month 🤦🏽♂️ and getting the monthly subscription. I was very successful in 🇨🇦 & 🇦🇷 I’m in America.
You're might be right and I also worried. Although I think it does not have a huge effect. If you're otherwise very successful in the rate of matched you're getting then your score will still be high which will offset the negative effects of mass swiping. And I never got shadow banned. But yeah man, not sure if it's worth the gamble...
I get similar results from tinder and thought I was crazy or doing sometin so wrong for having like 200 matches but only being able to go out wit like 5 or 6. This vid actually kinda nice to know it’s normal and I’m not just horrible at text game or something. My profile is def decent or pretty good, I have lots of girls compliment me or message me first, but just cause how it works I don’t end up actually meeting with most of them and thought I was doing something super wrong haha
Doing gods work. I got platinum and I got like nothing besides women twice my size. I got a couple more matches. But as a gender non conforming you made everything make sense when you said these apps are not about personality. And that you’re better off irl. I agree
My girlfriend has a free tinder account from before we met. She told me a couple of days ago that she opened the app "for fun" (...) and she saw around 15 messages from guys that she "had never seen before". She had & has a free account (but claimed that she hasn't even opened it in the last month, since we met...). I know that the only way to send and receive messages with someone is if you have both mutually liked each other. So is she lying? Doesn't that mean that the reason she has received these messages is BECAUSE she has liked these guys and they matched and therefore she was able to receive them? If yes, then she would also be lying about having "never seen these guys before", right? Or is it possible that she has not liked them, but the guys that messaged her have Platinum accounts and can "Message before Matching"? Would a free account be able to receive messages from a platinum account if they have NOT liked each other before?
Broski, relax. If the account is from before you guys were together, as you mentioned, the messages and matches could’ve easily accumulated while she wasn’t on it. What speaks against it? Also, if you distrust her so heavily, it sounds like you guys are already on a downward trajectory at this point. You sound very obsessive in your message. Maybe rightfully so. If she really does not seem loyal but cunning to you, cut it off before you get too attached. But don’t let yourself get desperate about her.
I hear you and I guess you'd be right to think this, but in fact it's not about being "obsessive" with her. It's about having lived situations where I said "I wish I knew". So when I hear something that sounds like BS I automatically get little red flags. It's not about not trusting her, it's about not knowing her yet, and wanting to get a feeling about if she is trustworthy or not. So that I don't waste time and energy on her if she isn't. Sometimes it's not about a person being "dishonest", sometimes it's about him/her having different core values than you. So if he/she doesn't, then what you may think is completely wrong, he/she may (honestly) believe that it isn't. So I'd like to know that from the start and not down the road. Of course this messaging (an matching) could have done from before she met me. But then her saying now that that she's "never seen these people before" would be a lie (since she would have to have swiped right on them to be able to even receive a message from them). UNLESS, if they had Platinum accounts and that makes it possible for them to message her before she matched with them. Which is what I asked. Do you know? @@siemore
I don’t disagree with you, good that you clarified. With a platinum account you can’t directly message people. Also, she could’ve swiped them right at some point. If you asked me who I swiped right on I couldn’t ever tell you. But idk man just read her messages and then make a judgement. Maybe she did text with them. If she doesn’t want you to read them it’s a huge red flag. So there should be your solution.
So you mean that what a platinum account says that it offers ("Message before matching") isn't so? So if she didn't swipe right on them at one point (even a month ago before we met) , they COULDN'T have messaged her from their platinum accounts? *Please answer only if you know the answer (not what you assume might be) ;) @@siemore
Be careful and ask yourself: why didnt she deleted her account then? Look for new pictures and in general always trust your guts, if you have a bad feeling then there could be something. It has nothing to do with insecurity, not wanting to get betrayed on is totally normal
@@todd7675 For sure! Hard to decide, I'd probably go for Hinge or Bumble before Tinder again. You also have to think about who and what you're looking for and how many people are on these apps where you are located. Tinder has where I am easily the highest quantity, which is a factor. But for it's rep there are far more casual people or people who don't even want to meet in the first place but waste time and get attention from strangers. Bumble is for me a bit strange because women do the first move which is just not really what reality looks like. But of course with the premium you dodge that. Hinge I find the most likeable, but it's also owned by Tinder. That does not necessarily mean something, but that you can be sure they want your time and money. I personally would probably choose Tinder if I'm traveling. If I'm in a Town I want to live or stay long term, meaning dating someone for longer, then probably Hinge or Bumble. Weeds out a lot of bad apples right away. Again, hard to decide. It's probably all the same at the end of the day, so just choose which one you like the most. It will all more or less result in the same I guess.

I've heard that swiping right on everyone can lower your profile score. Also I'd be worried about your account being flagged as a bot and shadowbanned

Yes I did. I found it to have very similar results. Tinder still worked best for me, but I'm sure on Hinge and Bumble there are higher quality women.

Why on tinder platinum you have to pay to message. 89.99 $ for 30 messages
You don't have to pay for messages.
