as someone who doesn't have diabetes and also isn't in close contact with someone who has it, this video was so eye opening and so helpful. thank you for being open and vulnerable alicia we really appreciate it
I have had diabetes for almost 6 years now and Alicia you explained it soooo well and i love how you told people how you feel with each meal. You are such an inspiration for me. Thank you.
I have type 1 diabetes. I always tried to hide it and not tell others about my illness. but last year I went to college and I found a new team of very nice people. We had a topic in class about chronic diseases and they talked about diabetes very superficially, which infuriated me. I had to tell them my story and what diabetes really is. After I spoke out, I felt much better. I'm very glad that I was able to speak out.🥰
I’ve had type 1 for 16 years and I still have days (sometimes weeks) of unexplained and super frustrating highs. The planner you made is inspiring me! Keep doing an awesome job 👏
I rarely ever leave yt comments, but as a 22 year old with t1d since age 11 i have to say i've never felt more seen by a video in my life before. really wish i had been able to watch something like this online a few years back, but even now i appreciate this a whole lot ♡
Two of my siblings have type 1. It is a struggle for them as well. But you are doing so well I promise you. Most people don't realize how many aspects you have to manage daily just to live. You are doing great and are setting such a good example for other young diabetics out there. Keep doing you. Sending you good vibes and good levels 😄❤️
as a fellow type one diabetic seeing this meant a lot to me. nothing is ever plain and simple or easy for us. management is never easy either. so proud of you!!
Thank you; I can't describe how much I needed this video today, I was feeling so unbelievably alone dealing with my diabetes today- we need more people like you being open and honest; creating a community ❤
Omg! I actually requested this video idea on your community tab! Im so glad you make these videos and express your life so vivdly in showcasing awarness of diabetics. Hope you take care and we all love you and your videos!!!! 😁🤍
I‘ve had type 1 diabetes for 21 years now, I was diagnosed at the age of 7. Every day is a struggle. There are times where I feel so alone and helpless and then there are times where I have three good days in a row and I feel just fine. My blood sugar is probably what affects my mood most in my life. When I have good sugars I am relaxed and happy but when they are high I feel depressed and angry at myself and everyone else. I really hope you get that insulin pump soon. And I wish you the best 😊
I'm 19 and have had diabetes for nearly a year now... when I saw you'd posted this video I just felt so relieved because my management hasn't been the best recently and it's so hard to deal with all the mental and physical effects. Loved watching this xx
I'm 22 and have had diabetes for almost 10 years now. One of the biggest things I figured out was to inject the insulin about 30-45 minutes BEFORE I start to eat a meal. By doing this it stops the spike that always happens after we eat because the insulin hasn't kicked in yet. It can be a pain but once you get in the habit of doing it 30-45 minutes before hand it makes a huge difference in having stable numbers throughout the day.
just curious, what made you click this video if you aren’t diabetic and don’t know anyone that is? personally, before i was diagnosed i would’ve seen the title and kept scrolling.
@@loionanddogshi! i’m telling you this from my perspective. they might have a different reason than me, but here’s my reason; i like alicia! i’m subscribed to her channel and i love all of her videos sm. also, i like learning new things about life! i hope to be a nurse someday, so these kinds of videos are super helpful. this is just my personal reasons. hope this helps!

Hiii I’m a 11yr and last month I got diagnosed with type one diabetes so I remember I was feeling thirsty, fatigue, weak and tired and when I went to the doctor they weighed me and they told me that I had lost a lot of weight then last time and when the tested my blood sugar it was at 108 and the average blood sugar level for a person (in the US where I live) is 77-100 and mine was at 108 and they told me that I was fine but I actually wasn’t bc I was slowly getting weaker and thinner and my mom made an appointment to the endocrinologist I told them my symptoms and they told my mom to get an appointment to a Lab and the night before they told me to not drink or eat anything wich was hard but I got through it. Oh and forgot I was also going to the bathroom very frequently like every thirty minutes and the endocrinologist told me to collect my pee the night before I go to the lab to see how many times I go to the bathroom at night, finally when I got to the lab they tested my pee to see there if was any glucose in it and they did a blood test and I remember a nurse came in saying “ we have an emergency you have a lot of glucose in your pee and your blood sugar levels is VERY high at 196 so we need to rush you too the hospital” and when I finally got to the hospital they gave me insulin to lower my blood sugar and that’s when they diagnosed me with type one diabetes. So that was my story of how I got diagnosed with type one diabetes. Soooo yeahhhh so now I wear a dexcom g7 with an Omnipod 5 and I sometimes wear the insulin pump but I don’t need it bc I have the omnipod I only wear the insulin pump when I run out of omnipods. Sooo yeas byee
Im also a t1d (have been for 6 years!) And im so sorry that people treat you like your numbers. My endo is also a t1d so hes more relatable. Ik some diabetes doctors can be sooo annoying and make u feel like u cant do anything. But u can get thru this. We're in this together 🦋🦋🦋
I'm in my last year of nursing school, in my critical care rotation. And, I have had numerous patients with diabetes (Type II, not Type I). But, it can be so easy to just look at the levels, give out the pamphlets, inject them with insulin, etc. This is always a good reminder to LISTEN to my patients and ask them the WHY's. Ensuring that I validate them, but also doing my job as the nurse. This is helpful to improve my therapeutic communication because I would never want to be responsible for making someone cry (especially because I want to be a pediatric nurse, so I would see a lot of children with your diagnosis). Thank you for acknowledging how you feel, because it is valid, and any healthcare professional who is not validating how you feel, giving you the education you need but COLLABORATING with you, and helping you get better is not doing their job, so don't take it personally. Easier said then done, I know. But know that not all of us are like that!
I really found this video interesting, both because I really love your channel and your videos, but also because I have very little knowledge of diabetes, and your videos help me understand that much better, especially from your perspective. So even though I myself don't have diabetes, you really help with your videos with educating. Thank you for doing this and also for being vulnerable, I wish you the best
hey girl! I really like the way you talk "I'm trying" and stuff like this because is super important and show how positive and hopeful you are. I'm also diabetic type 1, has been 14 years. Unfortunately ups and downs are very normal but the most important thing that I learnt is to understand that DM1 is part of me and how to be better with it because with the time we understand that we developed MANY good qualities because of it. Such as you with 17 years old super mature and managing the diabetes the best way possible
Im 12 years old and a diabetic for 3 years now. I wanted to say that I love your video's and I really relate to you. I moved from one country to another and the situation im in right now is really complicated and I just wanted to say that you're doing great and I hope things get better for the both of us.
Baby t1d here and this was sooo accurate to what I experience. Most of the t1d sphere on social media is omnipod one, and I don't have an insulin pump yet. My average day looks like this pretty much. Watching you all helps me a lot to feel less alone in this shitty situation. I hope we get through our bad days and have the energy to enjoy our good ones to the fullest 💫
thank you for making it realistic! I'm also type one diabetic and this was very comforting for me, I hope to see some more videos like this from you in the future💜
Hey mate. Had type 1 for 12 years now and you pretty much summed it up perfectly. Obviously everyone has their own experiences. Seems like you’re still young so it’s awesome that you are picking up on it now. I know other diabetics that aren’t as switched on. Good job mate 👍
Hi! Loved your video so much. I'm 20 rn, been Type 1 for 15 years. I just wanted to say that insulin is believed to be the fastest when taken in the abdomen, and slowest when done in the thigh. Insulin is injected subcutaneously (into the fat layer) and not in the muscle anyways, unless you do it on purpose - though it hurts and is not recommended! I've even met some fellow T1s who don't inject in the thigh at all, because they say it's dreadfully slow for them. Hope everything goes well : )
I have a CHD. I fully understand your point. It’s really hard living with a chronic illness that has no cure. Keeping your health at its best is really hard.
wow - this video really made me realise just how much harder it is to live with diabetes than I thought, despite also having seen the rest of your content. you're so strong for sharing! hoping you get back to a good place soon ❤
I had diabetes for 3 year now scince i was 8 now im 11 and im gonna be 12 in 2months😢but i you are my favourite youtuber you are really nice and respectfull im going to follow my dream and my dream is to spend the day with you and meet you one day in real life❤ may God bless you and guide you.may your life be with full of joy happiness and peace.Take care of yourself and just remember that we love you❤😢
I had diagnosed diabetes type 1 in the last April but in the last weeks I’ve overweight and that’s makes me feel so bad and scary I can’t explain that I walk out and traying to do the exercises but all the day feeling so tired and can’t get out of bed
my best friend has t1 diabetes too, and i never realized how difficult it was living with it until like..two years ago when she got into the hospital for 2 weeks. you are so strong, thank you for being so honest❤❤❤
Hi Alicia . I just want to say thanx you are an inspiration to me . I also have an autoimmune disease and it is hard . I also struggle with blood sugar problems . But your videos always help me to stay motivated . I am 14 and its hard to be the only one with an autoimmune disease . But your videos are so helpfull and make me feel better when i am down . I love you so much thanx for all you hard work ❤❤
I also have been suffering from diabetes for 6 years, and now I am 14 years old. Whenever I go somewhere, people look at me in a disgusting way because I have diabetes, and I was also subjected to a lot of bullying at school. Just do not be sad and do not care about what others say. We are different from others. Change us👍💗
I've had t1d for 5 years. I was diagnosed in 2018. I think its safe to say that every diabetic knows how tiring and frustrating it is to watch your bloods just go all over the place and you dont know why. You can do something and your bloods would be perfect one day, and then the next day you'll do the same thing, and it just wont work. Sometimes I'll prebolus but not wait, sometimes I wont at all if its dinner and I can see the affects of it. It's mentally draining, I know what you mean. Especially when you're stressed about something, and you still have to always manage your diabetes and its just, exhausting. And oooh boy I knew that feeling of not wanting to accept having diabetes, it took a long time to accept it, and when it came to pumps being expensive and almost impossible to obtain (i moved for uni, and i think im still on the waiting list 5 years later) and health professionals are harsh almost everywhere I've been, except one place (the doctor was a diabetic as well). And sadly a lot of people are going to simply assume, and judge as if they know what it's like. So I heavily appreciate and applaud you for using your platform for opening up about the condition a lot of people have, and how it affects people emotionally and physically, so you can do this Alicia, and I know everyone who has t1d can as well
Hey Alicia! I just wanted to say that you're doing great! I rlly love you're content lately! And remember that if you're not feeling good we will always be there to make you smile❤
Thank you for sharing this to us, from this kind of videos, I am trying to pay attention to everything that can make my life a mess, you're amazing person and I support for that 💖🤗
I’m not diabetic but I have hypothyroidism ( a chronic illness ) for over 10 years and I truly understand how hard it is to take medication on time and if I don’t take it my body will go through true chaos to the point where my TSH went up to 18 while the normal range is from 1 to 4
I love videos like this, I've got chronic illnesses other than diabetes and even though I don't relate to everything its nice to have someone understand :))
Hi! I have been a type 1 diabetic for 9 going on 10 years. I was diagnosed when I was 11 years old, right around Halloween (ironic, right?) so my 10 year anniversary is going to be this October. I have really been struggling with my diabetes these past few weeks and I just cannot stop crying about it today, so I wanted to get insight into another T1D’s lifestyle so I could feel a sense of connection and community. Living with this chronic illness is very hard, it can be incredibly frustrating and exhausting and it encompasses every waking moment of your life. BUT since I have had it for so long, I have come to a mindset shift over the years that can *maybe* help someone else struggling as well. I want to take the best care of myself as an act of love for myself, to show my body that I love her and that I know I deserve to live a long and healthy life with diabetes. I take care of myself because I deserve to be cared for, and so does everyone else that has diabetes! Even if my body is being frustrating I still want to show her love and not just disregard or ignore this illness that I have. I hope this helps at least one person with T1D ♥️
EDS, not diabetes but you're right, it gets SO hard. managing your health has to be a full time job, but it's exhausting. you aren't a failure, we're all just doing our best
This video is so helpful to mw! Two of my friends have diabetes and I‘m grateful to learn more about it through your videos, also if it‘s just how the Insulin etc works. So thank you! :)❤
Hello Alicia, I just want to say, I empathize. My T1D has been going crazy in every area lately, it hasn't been this bad since my teen years. But I've got the Tandem t slim x2 pump (after three long years of blood, sweat and tears to get it), and I'll be trained for my pump. (Unfortunately it's April 3rd and I can be trained for my pump only on April 24! Oh well.) Stay strong and brave no matter what comes your way. Like I said, I empathize, I've definitely been where you are today.
Hi, love watching your Channel. My Son is 10 and has type 1. It's is hard to manage. We got an insulin pump almost 2 yrs ago. It has made life so much easier. His range is soo much better. We were on the tslim. I loved that algorithm, the control IQ. He kept going up for showere and beach/ pool time bc you have to take it off. We went on the Omni 5. Still fine tuning somethings. But love the tubeless pump. He has also been on a dexcom. I started watching the juicebox pod cast that was life changing as well. We have an A1c of 5.5. But I am also a person who likes to bump and nudge and a control freak my. My other grown boys will tell you that. In no way am I saying that's better or worse then what your doing. I think anyone who has this disease it a Rock Star. You have so much multi-tasking you have to do everyday. I do notice that my son is so used to being in range that when he get over 150ish he feel very sluggish and tired. He does eat a moderate amt of carbs. He just had pizza for lunch. I can do an extended bolus with a higher basal rate then back out of it if he starts dropping. He is also very active with Soccer and ju jitsu. I give lowered carbs on those days before sports. Or set a lower basal rate. He loves the Omni 5 over Tslim. Here in the US. The tslim is a contractual thing. The omni 5 goes through pharmacy. Good luck to you. So proud of you that you Graduated.❤
I cannot recommend the Medtronic iPort Advance they would solve your problem of all the injections everyday and the anxiety that comes with them. They insert like a Dexcom and stay in for 3 days just like a omnipod, you then inject into the port and the needle doesn’t even hurt or bruise or anything because it all infuses through the port. I live in Australia and love it for me! I’m going to comment this on your latest vid just in case you miss this one ❤
omg the moment you started talking about how difficult it is to get a pump in the us (im guessing) made me feel so guilty because i'm in a country were i can just easily go to my doctor and tell her that i wanna go on a pump and that's practically it (but after more than 3 years now i still haven't decided if i want a insulin pump or not lol)
You are very strong, and you will be okay too! As a diabetic, I’ve seen it helps to eat whole grain bread instead of white bread, so I thought to share 😅.
When you do go on an insulin pump, you should get the Omnipod. There are no tubes just a PDM or personal diabetes manager that you have to carry around.
Hi Alicia, I just want to say that as someone who dose not have diabetes, or even know much about it, I found this video very educational. Thank you for showing this part of your life, Im sure this video has made so many people feel less alone. 🤍
I know it's not the same but I feel alone with all my (mental health) problems I have and I can understand a little what you say that you feel alone🥲 You are really so strong❤️
I came across your video looking for anything regarding type 1 because all you hear about is type 2. I’m pretty sure I can relate to everything you didn’t mention. One thing that kills is is the stress of it all. The ignorance and stress people give us is worst than a can of soda. I’m always weak bling in one eye terrible neuropathy and gastroparesis. I’m glad I came across this take care
girl, on the tight absorb the slowest, on your belly is the fastest, idk who told you about that, just keep correcting your blood sugar if you find it is above your target level. pre bolus help a lot, I pre bolus before meal like 20-25 mins bonus point if you are being active during pre bolus, go for a short walk, jump dance, I found that I use a lot less insulin compared to no pre bolus. if your blood is still high even you are not eating anything, try increase your long acting, mine is 20 but everybody is different. just keep correcting your blood.
My dad and my grandma both have type two diabetes. Ironically, so did my dad's cat and he gave him the same insulin and checked his blood pressure, basically, everything my dad did, he did for his cat, so growing up and watching what they do was actually really cool. I don't have diabetes but it was just incredible to see.
You will do it 😊 I also have Diabetes Typ 1 and I personally mostly have a good blood sugar level but I think everyone can get a good blood sugar level. Believe in yourself!
@GamerTV-yy7jo ur English is soooo gooddddd , I an bot a native speaker too but I am learning ... and so u will learn , there's nothing u should be ashamed of ! Hope ur dibeties be in a management ❤
Hey Alicia, I don´t have dibetes but I was born with hypothyroidism (and I know they aren´t the same at all, I really admire you for getting true this) but you explain really well the part of how hard it´s to get that maybe sometimes we aren´t able to enjoy things teh way we wish too, the need of taking meds every day is it's mentally tiring for me, I can´t imagine how hard it is for you.
I have learned a lot from this video and I love your content so much , i watch all your videos and they're awesome Also, you're so pretty and strong. You should be proud of yourself ❤❤
So my mom took me to the doctor last year after experiencing dizziness, passing out, shakiness and fatigue. The doctor told me that there was nothing wrong with me and that I should just be more careful standing up. It's been about a year since then and I have been experiencing a lot more symptoms including numb limbs, red sploching on my hands and feet when they go numb, dehydration, fluctuating hunger, and never gaining weight no matter how much I eat and getting to the point where I'm almost passing out at school. So my mom is taking me in to see my doctor once again because she is certain I have T1D. I'm really scared because I know how much this will change my life and I HATE needles. I think one of the hardest parts about this for me though is I suck at keeping up routines and including routines that otherwise would neglect my body. But I feel a lot better knowing there are so many people around my age with the same thing as me who I can look up to! Thank you for openly showing your experience with T1D! I'll update on whether or not I have T1D. Wish me luck!
as a type one for the last 7 years, i’ve just recently learned that the dexcom is actually 15 minutes off due to it not actually reading your blood. it’s reading fluid. which is unfortunate
Hi, thanks for upload/ filmed the Video ❤ I have diabetes type 1 too and i struggle with it… I am 13 Jears old and I had my Diagnose 2 years ago. Everytime I am at the Hospital I get sad and I think that I can‘t do this with the diabetes. I can‘t do this and my bloodsugar is always high. I felt so alone with my diabetes and I think you make this very good… You explained it so well! I love your videos and think you are a amazing person! I hope you uderstand, what I write (if you read it) because i am german and can‘t speak english very well…
Trying to get a pump in the UK is just as bad. The criteria is ridiculously strict and just punishes T1D's like me that have decent control and an A1C under 8%, even though I have up to 12 injections a day to achieve that level of control.
I sometimes get visual hallucinations when my blood is severely low. It's hard to explain but it makes any room I'm in look like it has a heartbeat? Like it's jolting and falling on me
I love your videos so much! I dont have diabetes but I love the way you talk so openly obout you struggles and feelings with diabetes. Some ideas that i have for you to new videos: * Closet cleaning vidio ( loved the other one you did) * If you could show us the bookstore you work at.. ( not the name of it just how it looks inside) * You could maybe travel somewhere and do a vlog * You could do your nails on camera * Some random challenge like only eating something thats starts with the letter A * Eating foods from other countries ( if you do it please South Korea) Thank you Alicia for your videos!

Keto diet can help, watch Dr Berg videos
wow - this video really made me realise just how much harder it is to live with diabetes than I thought, despite also having seen the rest of your content. you're so strong for sharing!
hoping you get back to a good place soon ❤

I had diagnosed diabetes type 1 in the last April
but in the last weeks I’ve overweight
and that’s makes me feel so bad and scary I can’t explain that
I walk out and traying to do the exercises
but all the day feeling so tired and can’t get out of bed
my best friend has t1 diabetes too, and i never realized how difficult it was living with it until like..two years ago when she got into the hospital for 2 weeks. you are so strong, thank you for being so honest❤❤❤
I love you so much thanx for all you hard work ❤❤
You have got this hun dont let people on the internet drag you down. You have got this girl u can do it.
Thank you for sharing this to us, from this kind of videos, I am trying to pay attention to everything that can make my life a mess, you're amazing person and I support for that 💖🤗
wake up girlies Alicia just posted!!!
Iam niveditha. 15 years of t1d💙💉l luv ur videos . We all are stronger than our ups and downs 💪
I'm also have 1 type of diabetes.. we all strong 💪

this video has really helped me. thank you so much for making me feel less alone
Thank you for educating me ❤️ and sharing this with your followers
Hello Alicia, I just want to say, I empathize. My T1D has been going crazy in every area lately, it hasn't been this bad since my teen years. But I've got the Tandem t slim x2 pump (after three long years of blood, sweat and tears to get it), and I'll be trained for my pump. (Unfortunately it's April 3rd and I can be trained for my pump only on April 24! Oh well.) Stay strong and brave no matter what comes your way. Like I said, I empathize, I've definitely been where you are today.
i’m so sorry this happened to you and i would love to hear the story time on how ur hospital was treating you… 😢
I have diabetes for 10 years and I am so sorry going through that and you are not alone ❤
I learned so much about diabetes in this video, I know it was hard to make, but I found it so informational and I feel a lot more aware now :)
Ahh love your vids. You can get through this! xx
i am a new diabetic and it’s been really difficult dealing with it but this made me feel less alone
Love your videos sooo much❤ and you can go through Alicia❤❤
I loved that video and I hope you are going to make more of them💓 Ur amzing love you
Hey Alicia
absoultly love your videos thanks for making my day
omg the moment you started talking about how difficult it is to get a pump in the us (im guessing) made me feel so guilty because i'm in a country were i can just easily go to my doctor and tell her that i wanna go on a pump and that's practically it (but after more than 3 years now i still haven't decided if i want a insulin pump or not lol)
HAPPY DIABASTIC MONTH 💗✨️
For you and I 💀👍
You'll be fine soon and also congrats for Australia alicia🇦🇺❤❤
You are very strong, and you will be okay too!
As a diabetic, I’ve seen it helps to eat whole grain bread instead of white bread, so I thought to share 😅.
When you do go on an insulin pump, you should get the Omnipod. There are no tubes just a PDM or personal diabetes manager that you have to carry around.
Hi Alicia, I just want to say that as someone who dose not have diabetes, or even know much about it, I found this video very educational. Thank you for showing this part of your life, Im sure this video has made so many people feel less alone. 🤍
I know it's not the same but I feel alone with all my (mental health) problems I have and I can understand a little what you say that you feel alone🥲
You are really so strong❤️
Same. MH and physical problems and watching Alicia trying to manage things, that's how my life is too
When you do get a pump yo you should make a video about it, it would be very interesting also ily this video was really informative
Quick tip for low sugar, small spoon of honey or jam specially for extreme lows💕🙏🏻
I’m Not a doctor but a type 1 diabetic 🌹
My dad and my grandma both have type two diabetes. Ironically, so did my dad's cat and he gave him the same insulin and checked his blood pressure, basically, everything my dad did, he did for his cat, so growing up and watching what they do was actually really cool. I don't have diabetes but it was just incredible to see.
You will do it 😊
I also have Diabetes Typ 1 and I personally mostly have a good blood sugar level but I think everyone can get a good blood sugar level. Believe in yourself!
Sorry, if my English sucks! I’m not a native speaker 😢
This was such a nice video to watch, I really learned a lot!
Wish me luck!
hi alicia!
video idea: updated makeup tutorial and makeup collection
I’m so surprised I got here so fast also I love your videos ❤️❤️
I love this content 😭✨️💗
I love your diabetic vlogs and I love your videos too and thank you very much for the diabetic content because I have Diabetes too ❤
Good morning Alicia happy Sunday morning and I hope you having amazing day today and I loved your vlogs and you are amazing Supporter
as a type one for the last 7 years, i’ve just recently learned that the dexcom is actually 15 minutes off due to it not actually reading your blood. it’s reading fluid. which is unfortunate
you're really strong, God bless you
Hi, thanks for upload/ filmed the Video ❤
I have diabetes type 1 too and i struggle with it…
I am 13 Jears old and I had my Diagnose 2 years ago.
Everytime I am at the Hospital I get sad and I think that I can‘t do this with the diabetes.
I can‘t do this and my bloodsugar is always high.
I felt so alone with my diabetes and I think you make this very good…
You explained it so well!
I love your videos and think you are a amazing person!
I hope you uderstand, what I write (if you read it) because i am german and can‘t speak english very well…
I hope you get well Alicia❤❤❤
Hiiii! Ily Alicia!!!!! 💗💗💗
Loves your video❤
Trying to get a pump in the UK is just as bad. The criteria is ridiculously strict and just punishes T1D's like me that have decent control and an A1C under 8%, even though I have up to 12 injections a day to achieve that level of control.
you’re so strong!
Take care ❤ and can u do house tour?
I sometimes get visual hallucinations when my blood is severely low. It's hard to explain but it makes any room I'm in look like it has a heartbeat? Like it's jolting and falling on me
Big fan always support👀👀💗💗💗💗
I also have type one diabetes and you are not alone we all feel the same way sometimes
I love your videos so much! I dont have diabetes but I love the way you talk so openly obout you struggles and feelings with diabetes. Some ideas that i have for you to new videos:
* Closet cleaning vidio ( loved the other one you did)
* If you could show us the bookstore you work at.. ( not the name of it just how it looks inside)
* You could maybe travel somewhere and do a vlog
* You could do your nails on camera
* Some random challenge like only eating something thats starts with the letter A
* Eating foods from other countries ( if you do it please South Korea)
Thank you Alicia for your videos!
❤❤❤
