It's kinda scary/funny how this video got recommended to me right after this exact thing (other hand, but still) happened to me on my Bass Clarinet. Luckily, I figured out how to fix it myself already.

What about when the D/A key is stuck like I can’t press down on it.
Make sure the spring is engaged properly. If so then take it to a repair tech.
