Thanks for the tips! One change I hate in the lastest updates: Apple took away was the ability to press "up" during the aerial screensaver to see the text descriptions of the images. The description would even change, for example as the images from space moved across the planet telling you what country you were approaching or passing. You could still press "left" or "right" to change the screensaver. The old way was better.
@@adamcrouch That's good to know. Unfortunately my wife and I are pretty old and have arthritis in our hands so we can't use the touch pad very well even when set to slow. With the "click only" option the touchpad is dead. I think Apple should offer an option to leave the text on.
Great video, thanks. All other Apple devices have quick view of battery charge level(s); so far, I can only find AppleTV Remote battery current charge level by going into settings and navigating thru layers menus. Is there a way to put the Remote battery current charge level into the Control Panel or other shortcut? I realize I can use iPad and/or iPhone as an alternate remote - it just seems uncharacteristic of Apple to bury the Remote Battery Current Charge Level deep in Settings menus as the ONLY way to see when the remote needs to be charged, or to easily see when the charge level is low. Thoughts? T.I.A.
Wow I learned a lot today. The triple click for closed captioning is neat, but I noticed it doesn’t work for UA-cam. The PIP trick is neat, but is there anyway to switch the screens, or will that not work since one is coming from your iPhone? It should be noted that the Apple TV, ESPN and Fubo apps can do 4 screens at once natively, but you are limited to the content available on each app. Great tips, thanks!
One thing that’s very useful if you position your photo app in first position in the bar, the screensaver and background is going to be your photos instead of those other apps advertising
Any tips on hands free control of the Apple TV? I have a HomePod; it can turn on the TV, and get UA-cam running. But at that point I need to find the remote. The remote can get misplaced, but I always know where my mouth is.
I like to use Shortcuts to turn off my kid’s TVs and turn on a HomePod for some music to fall asleep too. Unfortunately Apple stopped letting you control Apple TVs in Shortcuts through Homekit on other Apple IDs even ones in the family. So sadly I have to have all 6 of my Apple TVs in my name. So annoying.
Eventually, the smart TV interface gets slower, even with Updates. I have a Vizio TV that’s a smart TV and after years, the apps are very slow switching applications is annoying because you have to start from the beginning every time. Plus other issues my Apple TV that I have since 2017 has never been slow.
The Apple TV is amazing and hands down the best streaming device. But I love it for those Aerial screensavers 👌🏼
You are the king bro. I just do reset my remote and it connect to my tv again. Thanks a lot ❤

You can still see the description of the screensaver by touching on the touchpad while the screensaver is active.

I have an older remote for my Apple TV. Do I need to replace the remote for these great features to work? Thank you for a very informative video.
Nice, a lot of features I DON'T think I have on my pretty old 'ancient' Apple TV..think its from 2016 (pre 4K TV version)

Great info in this video, but at times your face shot was in the way when you was showing the settings chance

Actually, I use my remote correctly each and every time. Thank you.

I love info wars
Como saco screenshots y donde las puedo ver ? Se ocupa alguna configuración o app?
I can’t understand why they haven’t implemented a jog shuttle function on the outer wheel button.

You can’t use the mic to sing in karaoke mode.
Dude your face is at times in the way of what you are trying to explain. Other than that great information.
Only partially and not enough to affect understanding. Visually impaired or ADHD?
Ignore this comment. Still can follow, no problem. Ignore.
You were watching infowars?
If we have a smart tv why to use the Apple TV .??
