It's very very hard to find an agency who won't lie to you in the interview. Haus & Haus is fanstaic for new starters and they do process your visa straight away.

The main thing is to be with a super supportive agency ( very hard to find ) or find someone in the company that's helpful and lean on them for advice. Try and buddy up with a nice person in your company ( ignore the bullies ) I really hope you smash it 🙌🙌🙌🙌
Hi, I’m 20 years old moving to dubai from the UK very soon and really want to get into becoming an estate agent. I want know how and where I could start at a beginners level and learn to apply all key skills under becoming an agent. What would be your advice on that? My truthful answer is prepare your family that you may need financial help because you really can get yourself into financial difficulty here. If you have that family support it's incredible but they need to be prepared for the cost of you getting up to speed. A lot of what you see online is a lie, people trying to make out as if they are doing well to attract clients but the clients are much smarter than this as they are aware that 95 - 98%% of real estate agents of very desprate and they figure this out and use it to their advantage. The developers will tell you it takes them 2 weeks to pay on average it's been 6 months for me to be paid the commission from developers and it's been a real struggle getting paid. All developers are different. To give you positivity and hope, you can do this, it is possible but you need to drop your living standards in comparison to what your used to in the UK and also get used to only working.
