Whew!!!! I did this on my mini tramp instead of Cubii while watching Bull. OMG, I was about to give up and my txt ding came on......IT WAS MY TRACK COACH FROM COLLEGE.... He had to tell at me during the quarter mile and I guess God sent for him tonight!!! I was taken off of the thyroid meds seven days ago and I'm glad, but super tired. Thanks Coach PE! I finished........☮️🟣

Your cheerfulness is inspiring! Thank you for making the lockdown life bearable - Delhi is going through a terrible surge of Covid and I know so many people personally who have died and a little workout and a dose of cheer are badly needed! Good luck and long life to you!

I’ve been going for 5k+ walks outside since the weather has been nicer here in Alberta. Today was a rain day so I did this instead and loved it! The countdown timer is a nice addition! Here are some stats: F/33/196lbs 🔥Calories burned 514 🏃🏻♀️Distance 6.10km 👣Steps around 8000

I can normally only run 30-40 minutes straight but credit your routines with getting me fit enough to do the full 60 minutes. I hope to do this one again at a slightly elevated level. Is it ok for a 30-something to have a fangirl crush on you?! 💖 Thanks Coach Paul Eugene!

Did I understand correctly that you finished a 5K in 13 minutes ? Probably wasn’t a 5K but anyway I got the running bug when I was 40 and I had never run competitively either The key is to keep moving and do what you can do -and you offer such a fast variety of workouts- So all of us aging runners walkers aerobics junkies, etc. can keep our bodies healthy!

Yes is was a 5K. I was much younger than, but nevertheless. Did that done that.
