Those actors are acting like they are filming a scene for a Netflix series with their super exaggerated expressions and screaming. Acting for a social experiment needs to look as natural as possible. Cringe level: 1000.

Honestly they don’t have to scream about it and make a big scene about it. The whole point about these is so people can walk in on their own when they feel really strongly about voicing their own opinions. But this feels sketch, something that these poor people feel force to be a part of something they don’t want to be or even care about.

I agree, the entire restaurant kept staring at them the moment they entered. It did not look authentic at all, I miss the old version of it.
Maybe I’m the only one feeling this but I think the old WWYD scenarios are a lot better. I love those social experiments involving people with special needs & disabilities or bullying. Like it felt a lot more satisfactory if I saw some great people who stood up against the bullies.

I wish they'd return to more socially relevant scenarios (e.g., racism, sexism, etc.). It would also allow for better/more realistic acting, as people tend to get more heated and passionate - and therefore louder - when talking about more hot-button topics.
I've been saying for years that I'd also like to see more disability justice. The one they did where a physically abled woman was faking in order to get a scooter and be helped, was disgusting. It only fed the already prevalent belief that disabled people are fakers. I'd like to see one where a self-diagnosed autistic woman is berated for 'making up mental conditions' because she presented differently from boys with autism, and flew under the radar her whole life until she couldn't take life with unsupported autism any longer.

Crashing a bachelorette party sounds like something my ex would do to me except he would harass me. I was expecting this to be harassment. Also, I been to that bar where this was filmed. I would not want my bachelorette party at a bar with a few people. I would want mine to be more intimate with my friends and female family members at a country club or decorating my backyard instead.

Okay, at this point I'm waiting for someone to be completely surprised to see John show up. Because pretty much every time now, we get an "I knew it!" line or an eyeroll that says the same thing. Nobody would be so flamboyantly loud at a bar in a restaurant, let alone about private things like wedding and ex-boyfriend, let alone her ex-boyfriend is „randomly“ there speaking loud about his feelings to her, let alone actively speaking to and actively involving strangers for advice in a private issue about fiancé vs. ex-boyfriend. This scenario is so unrealistic and the actors are all so bad, it is ridiculous. It’s like the series would still advise the society with what to do in those situations without even having the sensibility to create a realistic scenario. 😂
In the end, the single person is not the one cheating. If she is into it, means she is clearly not meant to marry the Dude she is engaged to.

In research, there is something called social variables in which the validity is ruined as there are cues for the subjects/participants to confound the experiment. The talking out loud of personal conversation is clearly one of that as it is one of clear sign of social experimentation😢.
