So I assume they must have some idea how much surface parking they intend to keep around SoFi and how much they are going to turn into commercial buildings/residential buildings/parking garages.
Yes there are several phases to go, as development continue there probably will be a few more parking garages as well.

This development will benefit from the opening of the Intuit Dome and vice-versa, too.
Are you talking about the Inglewood transit? Not sure if it's been widely reported but it is likely going to be delayed until 2030. Huge fail missing the Olympics. The closet Metro stop is the K Line in Downtown Inglewood, which is at least a couple miles away.

Why is every building in hollywood park painted white?? It's so devoid of color it's just weird to me. With how bright the sun gets in LA it's gonna be hard on the eyes just walking around
Possibly to help keep the buildings cooler in the summertime, to reflect the heat from the sun off the buildings.
