Trim your hair or use water softener or after bath pour some bottled water on your head. Even 250 ml will suffice.
Trimming hair helps since it wont retain too much hard water or minerals.
I've been struggling with hard water since quite sometime now in Bangalore. Tried the Caredale water softener on my shower and results have been good so far. It's affordable and good for hair fall, hair feels soft after washing now. Hope this helps someone :) got it from amazon

The place where I'm staying since 20 days (Noida) has the worst water supply i had ever seen. And I'm already noticing hair fall issue. Yes bro same problem, i also live in kaushambi , delhi ncr . Thw water supply of here is very worst and salty. It has made my hair worst , and the problem is there is no permanent solution of it

In pune, the water is so bad. Came with good hair from Kolkata. Here, water softener in tap is still causing 150+ hairfall. On top of that, hair oiling, chelate water softener nothing is working. My hair is dry,sticky, tangled and brittle now. I am going bald. Any hope for me?
