    I go to university in a soft water area and my family live 80 miles from there in a hard water area. Whenever I’m at university the amount of hairs that appear on my hands when washing my hair is about 1/3 of the amount I see on my hands where my family live. I 100% believe this theory

    • @TehApolloEleven
      @TehApolloEleven 4 роки тому +8

      For anyone reading this. EVERY SINGLE TIME I go back home from university the number of hairs I see on my hands in the shower triples, also I have a much more irritated scalp. I’m not trying to sell anything I’m just trying to help you and your hair. Look into getting something that will soften the water if you live in a hard water area!!!

      Bare in mind though that the water in my house is insanely hard. You almost can’t run your hands through my hair when it’s wet. I would guess that the water hardness coming through the taps in my house would be classed as very hard

      @@sabina5812 wash hair with soft water, dermaroll, take magnesium tablets daily, take turmeric tablets daily, stop raising forehead muscles, rinse hair with cold water after showering, use a biotin and collagen shampoo, head massage daily with a spider head massager & occasionally take vitamin d supplements. Since doing this, my hair fall has reduced massively & my scalp is no longer itchy or painful in spots, virtually no hair falls out when shampooing any more & I have way less dandruff too. My scalp is in much better condition now.

      @@latviangypsy235 Acidity does not cut the hard water, it helps remove the dirt and minerals from your scalp, making it more healthy. The pH of healthiest skin and scalp is on the lower side, which is a little acidic. This is also the reason people use toners in their skin after a wash, to get the pH down and make it slighty acidic.

    I use distiller device to get the water for hair. It costed me only 56£ from Vevor. Although I don't like the taste of distilled water, apparently it taste like that bcz we are used to having minerals in our water. So I use it for coffee, cooking etc.

    Trust me, hard water is for REAL. I am always having to chip damn stalagmites that start growing from my scalp. Sometimes they poke out from what is left of my hair. I bought commercial hard water water deposit removing cleanser chemicals and put them on my head. They helped a lot to remove the stalagmites but they also removed most of the hair from the top of my head. What should I do? HELP!!!!

    One video I saw, I think it was this channel, said to avoid ACIDS in your food. Now you are telling me to use ACID in my water to help to break down residual salts and minterals. So keep food at the alkaline and use an acid or a showerhead that filters hard water calcium deposits.

    My facet looks like it has white & yellow barnacles on it. No question. I live in U.S. Not U.K. Also in a apartment. Moved her last yr. Yes, I now have dandruff, static, my bathtub is full of loose hair and short 1mm hairs like new growths. I cant soften water due to apt. Shower head would be ok. If affordable. Im on disabled and drink bottled water and use distalled water in humidifier and iron. I accidentally didn't know when I moved here and bought humidifier and filter had pink mold on it from high minerals. Ugh. I get pink mold in shower too. My barnacle facet so loaded with "minerals" its about to fall off wall. And the inside is white and green. I just got a new sink facet and sadly, barnacles, (my nickname) are forming already. My skin is terrible. I have cutaneous (skin) t-cell lymphoma. Can you imagine having to use hard water on skin cancer. Poverty is difficult. Choices. Fix brakes, or.. buy shower water softer head. Or new mattress...or dentures. Or, well you understand. I am a Christian, and I'm ready to go home and be with Jesus

    Only distilled water, for washing hair once a week (it takes 3 liters). I also use distilled water for drinking and cooking. It has been the first time I can actually drink more water; the distilled water is so light. In terms in electricity it costs approx £ 1 for 4 liters. The amount of chemicals and drugs in the tap water and even "mineral" water is unbelievably toxic. For whom owns a home, ideal would be a reverse osmosis system for the whole house as your body absorbs these chemicals also when taking showers.

    You forgot the best and cheapest solution.
    If you don't wash your hair with shampoo your natural fat will protect you against any damage and will make your hair look absolutely fabulous. Shampooing your hair removes your natural protective barrier. I never understood why gentlemen used to have pocket combs but now I do, it's because they could always restyle their hair using their natural body fat.

      @@realfacts3000 You're doing it wrong, you can't stop shampooing, it's going to be as harmful as always shampooing, a good solution is to wash your hair with shampoo 2 days per week in case your hair is a strong hair. If your hair is always greasy even if you don't exercise you can watch it 3 days per week.
