Before you get them off, can you do like a whole comprehensive video on the adult braces experience and all the cons as well as demonstrate your oral care routine and if you have to do anything in public? I’m looking into fixed braces vs Invisalign and I want to know all the cons of braces before I pull the trigger

I have an oral care video coming up soon too. Thank you so much for your suggestions! 🫶🏻 Invisalign wasn't an option for me when I got my braces due to how my teeth were positioned. I liked the idea of them being less noticeable with Invisalign because I was so self-conscious of my teeth. There came a time when I could have removed these and went the Invisalign route but I liked the results I was getting with these. I'll make sure to go into pros/cons in the video though☺️

I really REALLY don’t want braces ☹️ but they said Invisalign might not give me the best results so before I commit to 2 years of braces and possibly regret not getting Invisalign, I want to know all the dirt on adult braces and cons just so I can prepare and make the right decision. I’m so scared of getting them and then discovering all these things I hate about them and not being able to take them off like they’re just stuck there for 2 years whether I like it or not. I struggle with anxiety and claustrophobia so the fact they’re glued to me stresses me out a lot. If I know all the cons and every last thing I might not like about them, I can go into this confidently and pull the trigger knowing the worst. Do you ever get comments as an adult? And I saw someone brushing them in the restaurant bathroom is that part of the experience for eating with them? I like the fact Invisalign is less noticeable as well and I won’t feel completely stuck in them but with braces I’m afraid of looking… well adult braces look cringe :/ good luck with the final bit of your journey and thanks again
