BP, another great video! Your camera position and audio upgrades are on point! Being a Florida guy too (Daytona Bch) your flights and scenery never get old. Thanks!
i was in Florida in May and i loved it. Saw the Orlando EYE it was right across from my hotel. The heat is not like any heat i have ever experienced before. It was sticky. But i had a blast there.
Nice short little flight but very entertaining. Love the way you can load your flight plan directly into the FMS from your laptop. That's what I call connectivity! The camera resolution of your under carriage camera is phenomenal ! The picture displayed was clear as a bell! Great video as always!
what happened to Lucy cam? I always enjoy your videos, you landed at my home Airport KORL. enjoyed when you flew with Mr aviation 101 and P1D too. keep up the videos...
Always awesome to see the airport at which you learned to fly - KORL (love that place). Great video and thanks for pointing out (both with mentioning them and with pointing them out with animations) Orlando landmarks.
Hey B.P., I enjoy your flights and I'm a fan of the Baron. I have a small criticism that I've noticed on several of your flights. A retired UA 747 captain once gave me a bit of advice; "Touch nothing until you clear the runway". I've seen you raising your flaps on roll out multiple times.
My family and I were just in the Orlando area last week, we have vacation home there which we use quite often. This time I was attending the American Legion Florida Convention... So Thnx for posting and taking me back to last week... I'm new following your channel, so you might see quite a few new comments from me on your past posts...
Nice vid! I thought that was you that flew over my house. ;) The "ICON" (Ferris wheel) is actually quite cool. 22 minutes for one complete revolution and gives you a nice view of the area. We live 20 minutes from there. The next time you're here and if you have time, I highly suggest it. Good places to eat/drink in the same location.
Excellent video... I love the annotations! But "Ferrous Wheel"? I mean I'm sure there's some iron in it! 🤣 I really enjoy your flights. Thank you so much for sharing them. I had the pleasure of a ride in a Baron of similar vintage once, long before the iPad was a thing. I like how well you've integrated technology into the cockpit. Can't wait to see the upgrades!
You are afraid of heights but you fly? Funny. I really like the shots from the belly of the plane when you are pointing out land features during your flight. And I am happy that you share your flights with the rest of us 'cause there is no way I could get into and out of your plane without the use of a sky-hook! Happy Flying.
I remember landing at Orlando in 1969 on a special VFR clearance. I flew right into IMC. It basically engulfed me so they(ATC) put me on a 10 mile final to 07 and I just held it until they told me I was one mile away and to start descending. I did not get airport in sight until I hit the quarter mile point. That was a little hairy and thankful my CFII gave me more instrument training than required for PP. Spent the night and headed to Vero beach to deliver the plane to Flight Safety the next morning. first time ever in Florida.
Hey, Baron you said you are afraid of heights. I completely understand. I am too except in an aircraft. Pretty weird. My guess is that while riding on a ferris-wheel or standing on a high platform we don't feel in control. Pilots don't like not being in control (ahem). Enjoy your videos. Keep up the good work!
Thank you for the video. Like your camera positions, editing & narrative. A good mix of weather. Oh, I bought the Lightspeed Zulu headset. A tad expensive but worth it. Thank you. Fly safe.
Thank you! And I'm glad you like the headsets too. They are a tad expensive but they are still cheaper the Bose and I would argue they are made better which will make them last longer too.
I enjoyed your flight to and through Orlando! Like a few others, I noticed your spell-checker likes iron. Curious, I looked up Ferris Wheel on Wikipedia: The original Ferris Wheel was designed and constructed by George Washington Gale Ferris Jr. as a landmark for the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition in Chicago. That was also the first time a large-scale demo was made of electrical lighting, and did a lot to debunk Edison's claims the DC was the way to go. Thank You Nikola Tesla!
Just wait for the polarcoaster if it ever comes out in Orlando. Theyve been talking for years but haven't seen more than concepts. It will be the tallest coaster at over 500ft if they do build it.
I'm a ramper for American Airlines in Charlotte NC CLT . I like watching flight deck videos and you have a very cool easy laid back video. I would love to take a ride with you sometime .
Enjoy the videos! Keep it up! By the way, are you familiar with what was the Disney STOL port just outside the gates of the Magic Kingdom? The pavement is still there but is used for storage.
Baron Pilot It is a bit interesting. Here is a link to a video about it. Afterwards, it seems quite easy to find it. ua-cam.com/video/aiXEsWMXh7U/v-deo.html
I like the King Air if I were to buy a plane since it has a nice range, great avionics and the dual turbo props are great for safety especially over water.
Cool little flight, and thanks for showing us the sights of Disney, although as little as I've flown in Florida, that is one place I have gone over ;) And just a personal note, am not on any social media, or would join your list there too, but do take a look occasionally. Hope you had a great and safe 4th!
Great shot of Disney there! I still have never been - I'm probably one of the few people who hasn't. Deepest into FL I've been was Leesburg a few years back, doing a favor for a good friend of mine. That was my first time to FL! Ended up making 2 trips, since he had 2 cars he needed to get down there. He was the smart one - I'm still stuck in the Northeast ... 😁 Great flight - thanks for sharing! 👍
Question? You squared off the engines at 4000'. I normally do it right after takeoff to reduce wear and tear on engines, plus save on fuel. I that SOP for a Baron? Great video.
Like the ending graphics! The tail cam never gets old. ✅ If the gear doors stuck open would they strike the ground with the gear down? Looks like they may. Great video! Thanks for it and stay safe. Bill in Utah
Nice video, as always. I just love the way Beechcraft landing gear retracts. Not only the inner wheel well covers, but just all of it at once. How are you liking the Zulus? Yeah, I had to laugh at 'Ferrous' wheel, too. I hope it has some metal in it! But, of course, it's all in good fun. Finally, do you have a schedule to go in and upgrade the radio? It is going to get done before, or after OSH? Wish I could be there to meet all of you guys! Give my regards to Jason at TFP, Steve Thorne, Steveo, Niko if he's there and all the other great aviation Vloggers out there who will be there.
That was a nice little flight. I didn't realize that the Disney complex was so spread out. I have no plans to go there but it's cool to see it. It seemed like there was yaw oscillation in this flight. Is that because the GoPro makes it seem that way?
I am terrified of heights also but am a pilot. Im surprised by the ammount of pilot's i know who have the fear. It makes me feel good knowing most pilots have the fear also.
Curious how you are liking the Zulu 3’s? I currently fly the Clarity aloft (used Halo’s before them) as the clamping of traditional headsets bothered me after 45 minutes or so. I’ve thought about switching to Zulu 3’s for the noise cancelling. May give them a try at Oshkosh.
I really like them. I was concerned about them clamping on my head but they really are comfortable. I also find the mic clearer as well. You should give them a try at OSH.
Curious as to how you assess benign clouds that are safe to fly through from problematic clouds that should be avoided. Is it all about vertical development?
A Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) is a type of Notices to Airmen (NOTAM). A TFR defines an area restricted to air travel due to a hazardous condition, a special event, or a general warning for the entire FAA airspace.

Is nice flying over Disney, always look down and around to see the lines of people, and at night you can see the fireworks...
Before the TFR I use to take friends over Disney all the time.
what happened to Lucy cam? I always enjoy your videos, you landed at my home Airport KORL. enjoyed when you flew with Mr aviation 101 and P1D too. keep up the videos...
Battery died :-(
Always awesome to see the airport at which you learned to fly - KORL (love that place). Great video and thanks for pointing out (both with mentioning them and with pointing them out with animations) Orlando landmarks.

That’s the beauty of flying IFR or having flight following!
Yep

awesome flight to disney ive never beeen to florida but wanna go to disney soooo bad
You need to get there!
Thanks for the labels you add to highlight points of interest on the ground.
Glad you enjoyed them
Thanks for taking us along, hope you had a fantastic 4th of July...! Cheers!
Thanks for watching!! Happy 4th!!

It's really a fear of falling more then heights.
I know that feeling. And it gets worse as I get older. Thanks for the quick reply.
Nice flight, with great views of Disney and other landmarks! Thanks!
Thanks. It’s always a nice treat when we get to fly over landmarks.
Enjoyed this one. Great to see Disney from the sky.
Thanks

WOW Scary Story!!
Isnt that Florida weather fun. Thank you for another great flight. Be safe.
Thank you for watching. Florida Weather always keeps you on your toes.

It’s not really height we are afraid of. It’s really a fear of falling.
Wow, this is the first time I have seen one of your videos - most impressed, I have subscribed and pressed the bell thingy as well.
Wow thank you David. Welcome to my channel. Be sure to tell your friends to b ok get the word out.
I remember your mom. Love her! She reminds me of my mother.
Thanks. She is great!
Thanks BP, better than any ride in the park.....
I have to agree
Awesome flight! Fun scenery. Thanks, BP.
Thanks

Darn auto correct! LOL That's some great trivia!
Just wait for the polarcoaster if it ever comes out in Orlando. Theyve been talking for years but haven't seen more than concepts. It will be the tallest coaster at over 500ft if they do build it.
Oh I can wait. LOL
Thanks for the flight!
Thanks for watching
I'm a ramper for American Airlines in Charlotte NC CLT .
I like watching flight deck videos and you have a very cool easy laid back video.
I would love to take a ride with you sometime .
Follow me on Instagram and if I’m ever in Charlotte we will see if we can coordinate.
Enjoy the videos! Keep it up! By the way, are you familiar with what was the Disney STOL port just outside the gates of the Magic Kingdom? The pavement is still there but is used for storage.
No I'm not familiar at all.
Baron Pilot It is a bit interesting. Here is a link to a video about it. Afterwards, it seems quite easy to find it.

was there a few days ago, love florida
I like the King Air if I were to buy a plane since it has a nice range, great avionics and the dual turbo props are great for safety especially over water.
Wish I could afford a King Air
Arnold Winters Who doesn’t.
That’s a mean looking bird 🦅 on your dash
I mentioned it in a previous video. But basically it's my son's school mascot.

Great flight - thanks for sharing! 👍
You need to take a trip at least once
That's what everyone keeps telling me, lol. It's on my bucket list. :)
Thanks, enjoyed the flight. Happy 4th of July!
Thanks! Happy 4th!!
Great video! Loved it.
Thanks

The tail cam never gets old. ✅

The tail cam is great! No it’s just an illusion.
Nice video, as always. I just love the way Beechcraft landing gear retracts. Not only the inner wheel well covers, but just all of it at once.

Loving the Zulus. Gonna wait until after OSH. Worried my plane will not be done in time. Sorry you can't make OSH
It's okay Kris, I've never made it before, so it's not like I know what it's all about. One day, maybe. Enjoy.
Thanks BP
Thanks for watching!
Great video Baron Pilot!
Thanks!
What's a ferrous wheel? Sound like a hot ride! Love the vid!
I’m never gonna live down this auto correct. 😆
Great work! Many thanks for sharing.
Thanks!
Thanks for sharing. Again, glad to see Lightspeed headsets on a major flying vlog. Have you approached them about sponsorship?
Not yet. I wanted to make sure I loved them first. I won't take sponsors that I don't believe in.
That was a nice little flight. I didn't realize that the Disney complex was so spread out. I have no plans to go there but it's cool to see it. It seemed like there was yaw oscillation in this flight. Is that because the GoPro makes it seem that way?
They have only used a small portion of what they own too.
I saw that. I didn't know if they did some kind if "swamp boat rides" or if it was unused.
Thought you lived in the lauderdale area. Have you relocated to the west coast? Had hoped to run into sometime on the east coast.
I did. I have relocated to the west coast for now. That may change but I am still at FXE all the time.
Speaking of your Mum (Mom for Americans) we need you to take her for a ride again.
I really do!
I am terrified of heights also but am a pilot.
Im surprised by the ammount of pilot's i know who have the fear.
It makes me feel good knowing most pilots have the fear also.
I'm not a fan of heights either. It is amazing how many pilots would admit to that.
I've always admitted that. Plus it helps people who are afraid.
I'm in that same boat.
I love flying. I like ferris wheels. I've even gone skydiving. But there's no way you're getting me on a ladder!
You should give them a try at OSH.
nice flight. How do you have your outside camera mounted so it doesn't fall during flight?
It's attached to my tail tie down
hello ! Excellent video
Thanks
umm, the observation wheel? as in Ferris? not iron, ferrous?
I know!!! 😔 but at least I know who is actually watching the entire video!
Curious as to how you assess benign clouds that are safe to fly through from problematic clouds that should be avoided. Is it all about vertical development?
Vertical development, shape of the clouds and of course lightening and rain as well.
i find it interesting that both You and Steveo both have a little fear of heights, yet are both pilots.
I didn't know he was too.
Why is Disney a TFR? It's open year around, or at least I thought it was. Is it only TFR during the Summer when attendance is up?
I guess the answer is, because they can. Yes it’s all year long.
Another great job!!!
Thank you
Ferris 😀
Love your videos but what happened to Lucy
Is that a Ferrous Ferris Wheel?
Exactly LOL
What! No Lucy?????
👍
Where was Lucy ?
It's "Ferris" not iron-bearing. lol
Oops
Sorry but Much more interesting when Lu is on board
See you all at Oshkosh 😎
I look forward to it!!
Ill trying to get a place to stay out there now..i should make it , too!!
What happened to your copilot??
Just trying to catch up on my videos ;-)
Happy 4th of July.
You too!
What’s TFR?
A Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) is a type of Notices to Airmen (NOTAM). A TFR defines an area restricted to air travel due to a hazardous condition, a special event, or a general warning for the entire FAA airspace.
Ferris wheel, not Ferrous wheel... Although I guess if it was made of Iron it'd be Ferrous so I dunno...
The bright side is now I know who watches until the end. LOL
I was shocked to hear the number of pilots I’ve talked to that are scared of height, myself included
It's not really a fear of heights as much as it is fear of falling. I don't plan on falling out of the airplane ;-)
Baron Pilot :)
The TFR is only up to 3000AGL you were at 7k feet. Wven vfr at 7500 you would be above it
I was not at 7,000. They had long descended me
Baron Pilot were you above 3k?
I was at 3K

RIP headphone users @ 13:40
I'm afraid of heights, but, by the way, I fly airplanes... ????
It's not really heights, its a fear of falling. Not worried about falling out of an airplane
Second
So Close!! LOL
6th!!kkkkkkkkk
First!
Thank you for that!!
