Это и правда рассчитано на миллионеров и цвет кожи совершенно не имеет значение. Мне не понятно другое, иметь такую возможность, строить такой огромный дом и сделать такие маленькие и не суразные комнаты!!! Натыкать такое количество дверей и оставить столько свободных углов, где можно сделать шкафы для хранения вещей. Прихожая с открытым гардеробом похожа на свалку одежды и обуви. Родительская ванна без потолка и теплоизоляции. Количество комнат не рассчитано на всех детей, девочкам по отдельной комнате, а троих взрослых сыновей заперли в одну маленькую и не удобную комнату!!! Дом очень богатый, красивый, но совершено не уютный.

Cool! Now all the steam from bathrooms and cooking can rise to the ceiling that is covered with foam (not freezable) so it can collect condensation and grow mold.
@@tomtrails75 I don't think that wood stove is enough for such a big space. And you won't use it in the summer. Moisture has to go somewhere and it has nowhere to go. With time wood will rot.

降雪地帯は雪の問題があり、「屋根に降雪機能」は素晴らしい・極寒地ですので「断熱・床暖」も基本かもね、種々素晴らしいのでとても参考になります！
