Obviously you never know for sure without having been there, both sides of the story might be partially true. But dragging your crush on a UA-cam show to confess that you like them, and then being like "what's that love bombing about? Ew." felt so heckin weird to me. Of course it's fine if things don't pan out, but that reasoning just feels off.
Seems like some better communication was needed... if it was too much, then she should have talked to him...
I want Cut to revisit every couple as in a where-are-they-now series. Doesn't have to be a long interview, just an update here and there.

Watching the girl it didn't work out for I could see already in the clips they showed that she felt overwhelmed by his response. Like she's leaning as far back as possible when he tries to kiss her.
but she literally wanted that, and said that she wanted to kiss him but thought he had backed off, however she did feel a bit embarassed and surprised with the hug after and didn`t really want it.

I would be interested on hearing the other side of the story for Love b0mb. Especially since she brought him onto a game show to express feelings. How much was he doing after then video then?!?
Yeah I’m curious if she actually had a conversation with him about it or just broke it off right there because it’s giving vibes of the later. If she spoke with him about it, I don’t see how he would continue if it made her uncomfortable or claustrophobic, unless he’s a little bit psycho and didn’t get the message. A lot of people would rather dip then have a dark convo, because if he understood, something like that could’ve totally been worked out.
He probably didnt even do all that much, she just got overwhelmed emotionally. We'll probably never actually know, but thats my guess
Sometimes girls are attracted to the unavailability of a guy. I wouldn’t know if a girl likes me unless she seriously said so. I always gave that I’m not interested mystique, but in reality I was clueless. Once I find out and show interest their opinion of me may change. I guess some people just like the chase 🤷🏽♂️

Some people confuse the honeymoon phase for love bombing. BUT in this case, seeing as I have been love bombed and it all started with kissing that moved things wayyyyy too fast, I think she ultimately made the right decision to protect herself, especially since he immediately kissed her without her consent.

Love bombing is a manipulation tactic. It has to be intentional. Personally, to me it just looked like he was excited that the girl he liked liked him back and even confessed to him so he wanted to hug and kiss her. Even if he did show “too much” affection it wouldn’t be “love-bombing” unless he intentionally did it to influence her feelings towards him

Love bombing does not have to be intentional. In fact most manipulation is not intentional.

Even before i can explain but that i mean move slowly, but just be together officially and not dating others. But yea. So that’s why i usually never say it…..they obviously like me alot usually, but they just get freaked out by being in something where they actually have to commit lol or actually remember their gf daily.
You can do it! If they say no then that’s okay! I get it if it’s a close friend but if you truly value them and they value you, you guys can talk it out like adults! It doesn’t have to be weird

The thing about love b0mbing, is that is not always just "loving", but more of a manipulation thing.
You love b0mb someone, then ignore them knowing that they will worry why did you change how you act with them, then start the process again. It's usually used (intentionally or not) to keep the other person around and have them on a short leash. Maybe the guy was doing that, and that's why she cut contact with him. If that's the case, you go girl, it's a learning as you said it!
Thank you for saying this, people are reducing it "loving too hard" or being inexperienced and it's not that. I wouldn't treat someone like this and I have little to no experience

You can never know from their perspective unless you ask or they tell you - take the initiative and ask, and if they tell you, try to learn from it. If someone's not into it as much as you are, then you wouldn't want to waste your time and energy or theirs trying to pursue more. Instead, use it to improve upon yourself and take that experience to the next relationship.

-The single girl didn't go into too much outside of "love bombing." Some have said she may have meant clingy. You don't throw around "love bombing" if that's not what you meant. Love bombing can possibly be part of abuse. The fact she said love bombing is saying he was possibly abusive. That accusation is damming. That could follow him around for the rest of his life.
If the guy came on, he could have given his side. But one thing that should have been asked is if she liked him or liked the idea of liking him. That would have taken it in a different direction.

she likes him that much to drag dude to a youtube video shoot to tell him she has a crush on him but then is able to get the ick from being "love bombed". bringing him there isn't overwhelming but him loving you too much is? makes no sense lol
it's not like she brought him onto a cut video to propose to him lol it's a funny experiment to see how her confession evolves over a game of telephone. To me it looks like they both were just caught up in feelings and hormones (they were both 20 years old) and at some point she realized it was way too much, way too fast.

The "love bombing" one is sad for multiple reasons. The 2 standing out for me: First, if he was sincere and kind guy, she needs therapy to deal with her fear of being loved and I hope he finds someone that loves him the way he deserves. The second is if he wasn't a good person and she did dodge a bullet, so many people are going to talk badly about her anyways. :'(

Well yea of course there would be more to the story; I don't think an eight-minute youtube video will ever cover probably months worth of personal experience she may have went through. On a related note, what exactly do you not understand about lovebombing being a reason for breaking up?

She was into him and he was into her and yet she didn't like the amount of attention he was giving her. She didn't really explain it much. I don't know. It doesn't matter. It's none of our business anyway.
As someone who has been in a similar situation I can at least give my perspective on it. Love and attraction have a lot to do with who we ourselves are as individuals, our upbringing shapes our patterns/habits and attachment style, our dating experience informs each new relationship - for me, the past two years I've learned that I tend to have an anxious attachment style. For example I had developed an intense infatuation with someone very quickly and wanted to talk to them all the time. After a few dates they started to show they were really into me too, and I was happy in the moment. But soon I was overwhelmed by how much time they wanted to spend together. It felt like if they could spend every possible moment with me they would. It made me uncomfortable. Though I was initially very attracted to them and there were lots of qualities I genuinely liked about them, my accelerated intense affection was driven by my needs/lack of healthy boundaries/lack of self identity than with the person. And because I had already started this journey of learning more about myself, relational psychology, attachment theory, etc, I realized that my intensity must have made people uncomfortable in the past, too. And now that I'm striving for secure attachment I value my alone time and having my own identity independent of a partner, and I value that in someone else too. It can be so much pressure to feel like you're someone else's entire world. So - yes, there's always more to the story. Who can say what else may have transpired between the two of them?
