If a relationship has this level of honesty it just indicates a healthy relationship. Not talking about it isn't necessarily healthy and maybe not wanting to mention the flaws means you know the relationship is fragile

Interesting how some chose the physical and some behavioral!
That is very interesting. My thoughts are that because when talking/asked about features of a personal, the question is always posed as “physical features”, and when it’s not a question of the physical, other words like characteristic or behaviors are mostly used instead. So people are a little bit “conditioned” I guess to answer it that way. As opposed to when asked about vehicle features, it’s more about the things the car can do and less about appearance.
Maybe the people who also know that even though the person may not seem affected by saying a comment about their appearance, they know it can really hurt them deep down and they really care about that, so they think about the behaviors they can say instead.
The interviewer didn't always ask the same question. Sometimes they specified physical and sometimes they did not.
Combination of the way the question was phrased, and no doubt some peoples partners are heavily insecure about certain physical features that they may have considered their least attractive. Not worth nuking a relationship when you can just say 'they fart' or something'
Because nobody really wants to hurt their partner's feelings and they believe different things are more hurtful. Some people think physical criticism is hurtful cuz sometimes its not something they can fix or change. Some ppl think personality issues are more hurtful because its deeper.

These people are not afraid to tell if there's some features about their partner they feel as though they're lacking or missing out on. Their transparency is something we don't get to see that often anymore these days.
We don't know how many told the truth, though. Maybe some wanted to say insufficient boob/penis size (or something else that could be a touchy subject) but chose something else to not hurt their partner's feelings too much.
