well to be fair asians/south asians aren't comfortable with introducing anyone who is not their own race to their parents, not just bc they're black. i know many parents who would be equally horrified if it were black or white. not saying that that's okay, but they're not more biased towards one race.

Though it’s perhaps more likely if they’re the same sex-change rooms, shared bathroom, etc. Or they could’ve just seen naked baby pictures or the like, which would technically count 😜
Even though they were wrong, I think allowing the question of if two people will kiss destroys this. Friends don't kiss, and those that did acted out of their ordinary circumstances to fool the camera.
