@chanjhf You should take 1 week off between rounds. However, you do want to do an 'active rest' week, which means that you do something active, but low impact, such as cycling, swimming, running, hiking, etc. No weight training, and no sprint running. Sports are okay as long as for leisure
i have a question about doing multiple rounds of p90x. should i go straight into round 2 or should i do something else in between to avoid a plateau? thanks
