we take much longer to unbox and assemble . we go overboard but find lots of adjustment needed and bolts that are not torqued . If we touch the bike we have a responsibility to look over the entire bike and do find many issues to touch
As a bike shop employee information shared is 💯 accurate. Appreciate you taking care of your employees. Kinda rare in the bike industry.
I wouldn't buy an E-bike unless it was a big brand name that came from my local bike store- Trek and Giant were the only option to me.
Do like the rest of the shops. Refuse the work & eventually people will get the idea.

$75/hour? No one charges that little. Maybe $140/hour. People buy Chinese TVs everyday. No one fixes them. They are disposable
