I think you sold a bike over in Oregon. Time to do a drive to a bike shop to pick up a Santa Monica.

I'm sorry but I can't agree with you on ONLY buying an e-bike from a brick and mortar store. There are advantages and disadvantages to both brick and motar and online purchases. I've bought over 14 e-bikes online since 2012 and haven't had any problems getting parts exception is when covid hit the world. You do have a point on many e-bike makers though, if they dont support their e-bikes they sell that is a disaster down the road for the consumer. I just purchased the Velotric discover 2 one of the most popular commuter e-bikes being sold now. That is my two cents and I hope your business thrives without having to work on direct to consumer e-bikes. I feel you are also missing out on many opportunities by cutting out direct to consumer e-bikes but I also understand your point not fixing certain models too.

      I agree with you.
Painting every online brand with the same brush is both unfair and inaccurate.
We've bought two Lectrics (out of Phoenix) online...had 'em well over 2 years. Mine has over 3500 miles with only upgrades done...no repairs whatsoever.

brick and mortar stores for many things barely exist anymore. Either because of online stores or mega stores. I grew up with small aquarium/fish stores everywhere...now they're very rare. If you want bike shops to continue, then for that reason alone then an argument can be made to at least attempt this route first.

You probably write for yourself. You all make beautiful videos and tell everything beautifully But in reality it's all not so You are deceiving people,
your stories that you tell are of no interest to anyone at all, The only problem with this bike is that it only goes 20 miles and you can't do anything because they completely closed off access for you to change anything. Today all Chinese bicycles are completely made in China, this is clear, in every new bike of any other company you can completely go and customize as you want for yourself. this company Aima does not give you any access and does not allow you to change anything as they did so use it it's terrible , so all these videos people are interested in this and they try to make advertising so that they buy these bikes.
