Many thanks, Randy. It was composed in 1926 by Clarence Williams and Fats Waller and is entirely in E flat. It seems to comprise an Introduction and three Themes. Theme B (played by Shaye at 01:07 - 01:20) seems to have a 12-bar blues structure. The other two are 32-bar themes, Theme C allowing for 'breaks' on bars 1 - 8, 15-16, 17 - 24 and 31-32. In the final 16, Shaye and Craig take fours over the breaks in bars 1 - 8 (wow!) and there is a surprise ending which involves an extra bar.
They are so wonderful. It is amazing how they can start a song at full volume by the entire band without Shaye really making a signal to start. So professional. Great playing of a fine song.
I'll never understand why the street isn't packed with listeners when they play. If I found them playing on a street corner like this, I'd plant myself and stay all day.
Great thanks for filming and sharing here with us.

I love the dancers in the background behind the stop sign. When Tuba Skinny starts playing, a party breaks out!
Yes, go the dancers!

I love the fact you guys are still playing in the street. It's one of my favorite encounters with music. The rawness of the setting
Absolutely fabulous!!!

Actually, she sets the beat and then you can hear her count for the start. Agreed that they are fabulous!
