Another super tight version of this great tune as only Tuba Skinny can do. As is usual everyone is in fine form but I have to point out at 5:09 when Shaye puts out that smooth little riff. She does this type of thing instinctively and adds so much to the performance...................................
Thanks so much for another video from that great set, now taken from across the street. It was interesting to see the musicians from the back, but the front view is more familiar. The corner of Saint Peter and Royal Streets in front of Rouses Market.
@@DanPurdy1 That seems to be a common (although not universal) feature on tubas (including Sousaphones, which as far as I can tell all have this). Edit: I think some tubas not having this feature may have come from orchestra pits, where it would be counterproductive, but you wouldn't normally find a Sousaphone in one.
The world is a better place because Tuba Skinny is here. Thank you to the musicians and the camera operator; I am very grateful.
So wonderful to see and hear Tuba Skinny back at home on Royal St. Thanks for sharing brother!
Such incredible musicianship
Tuba Skinny, for me the best traditional Band from New Orleans (or from the World??) with the famous Lady Shay Cohn 👏👏
With the world behaving weirdly these days, it's great to get back to a little TS normality. Thanks Duke!
One really tight band, such unity on the riffs. Great musicians.
Another fantastic track and recording sounds really good.
Washboard player so flawless. Everytime a perfect yet exuberant solo!
Impressed with the sound you are able to capture. Thank you.
Many thanks Randy . What a highlight performance again from The best band.
The audio quality is superb.
Lovely Regards Dave from Berlin Germany 👋

Loved hearing the washboard solo!!
MUY BUENO !!!!! BRAVISSIMO !!!!!
New tuba? I've occasionally seen footage of them with a conventional tuba instead of the Sousaphone before, but this one seems bigger.
I have read that it is shaped that way to throw the sound forward, not up.

👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Is it now customary to hide the washboarder on videos?
Greg got a flattop. Looks like and Orchestra Model
Is that a real tuba?
It is!
