It is popular to have the island cabinets a different color. I just left Tempe in April. I was a 3 month snowbird staying in Villagio apartments. I paid 2,100 for a 1 bedroom, 1 bath furnished apartment. I think 2,500 a month is a great price, especially if you have a family.
Fair price compared to the majority of homes for rent. Thank you for showing us places that are a dollar per square ft. Love the videos, stay hydrated out there!!
It’s been a while since I’ve commented on one of yours videos super and it’s almost one year of me being in Chandler. I don’t miss Florida at all I’m glad I made the movie!
It’s still too much. I moved to Arizona in 2012 when you could get a house that size for $1000 a month. I still say if I’m paying over two grand I’m gonna be by the water. 🥰

I love Arizona, born and raised here. You are right about these next few months being the hard time to be here, it is so hot out there. Have to get up at 5am to do gardening, I like the older homes, We got our home in what was a nice area when we first moved here, built in the 1950's, a huge diving pool with blue tile around the pool (need to do an update though) from the 70's, no HOA, and mature trees. Unfortunately since the lite rail came in the whole area has gotten bad. There are pockets of nice, but you have to be careful with the increase of crime. It's sad that the Opioid crises hurt so many and I blame alot on that. Counting the days down until October, such an Arizonian thing to do. Stay cool and safe out there, drink lots of water and definitely wear a hat and glasses. You have a beautiful family that needs you in their lives, so please be careful out there in this heat.
@@bambam6231973 Tempe has grown and it's really nice now with shops everywhere and a river for all kinds of outdoor activities for the whole family. @@bambam6231973 I like up close to South Mountain. A lot of people don't like the South Mountain area as some say it is the bad area but there are some pockets of older homes up close to the mountain that I think are really nice and you get the mountain view. I used to live there as a child and now they have built a lot of newer homes there but to me it is still a pretty area with the desert. My last summer in Aridzona (21 years ago), the temperature in the shade on my back porch never fell below 90° from May 25th to September 6th. "It's a dry heat" -- like an oven! Nice house/tour
The houses are nice, but the outside environment is a big turnoff. My sister lived in Chandler . The bland outdoor colors, everything looking very very similar. No trees or colorful flowers , it so hot , nobody’s on the street, have to stay inside with air on at all times. I guess the rent is cheap, looks like those houses are sitting in the dessert and starving for water.
Just came across your channel. This is a very nice home! I'm from Seattle and compared to here, that price is a steal. You would find the same home for double here. I'd move there in a minute even with the burning heat. I like hot weather. 🙃😋🔥
Oh this is a new build! I like it. I still don't love that price but it is what it is, in 2022. I have to set my mind to see $2k+. I like the owners suite being downstairs. You must've did this on Saturday cuz it was 116° in Avondale. The devil is a lie!
Nice price for this place. I think a lot of people that recently moved to AZ and are experiencing the AZ summer for the first time will be will not be able to handle the heat! They will be moving and hopefully prices and availability will get better.

Mr. Big Super Living in Arizona, Excellent home tour as always.. Good price especially for New Construction! It's nothing like being the first person to live in new construction. When I moved here, the apartment I lived in was new construction; so, I was the first to live there. I built the house I live in; so, I was the first to live in it. It's a nice townhouse with a decent-ish price, but the sad thing is that a real estate investor probally bought it to rent out seeing that the builders are still building. So rent will creep up yearly.

Less spending on wants and fast food. Also, no extra debts or ridiculous car payments. $2,500/month is not pretty but not too difficult for a joint income. It sucks but it is doable
