Just found your channel today and love it! I moved to Goodyear, AZ a year ago for flight school, so I’ll only be here a couple years. Originally from Arkansas, but just moved from TX. Looking forward to the cooler months. So far I’ve enjoyed living in Arizona, but I can’t wait to get back home! Thanks so much for the great content and keep up the good work. You’ve got a new subscriber! 👍🏽
I rented that Same model house years ago when first moved to az front living room is spacious but the bathroom right in middle of kitchen and living room is a terrible layout
This is one of the best and most normal looking homes that I have seen so far. I want to say that the carpet gives it the vibe I’m used to seeing in the east, great home. As for the rent, it’s steep, especially factoring in high maintenance costs of the landscaping. Ive seen that style of home renting for 1.2-1.5k in metro Detroit and Toledo
I actually was born and raised in Ca. I currently rent a 3 bd, 2 1/2 bath alot newer and about the same size, umm minus loft. Oh and it rents the exact same as well. By the way I love your video content. And happy birthday to your beautiful wife. We saw the snippet of the wonderful surprise birthday party. Praise Jesus 🎉
I like this house. I'd prefer the laundry room be on the second floor, but for $1900/mo you can't complain. As for that wooden platform in the back yard, looks like it might be the base of a child's playhouse structure. Another great video!! Super, you do good!!!! Thanks for sharing🙂👍
Goodyear! Yay! I've been trying to convince a friend of mine to move down there and she said so far the only place that she liked the look of it was Goodyear so loving this!
Everyone let’s rent for 6 months until prices drop or move in with parents People need to stop buying and control the urge to buy in order for these prices to drop, people are making things worse by over bidding which in turn causes more damage to inflation
WassssGud Bjg Supe!!! Ayo, peeped the video and wanted to say thank you for moving right and putting people up on game about the best city in US! Overall, house is Koo!! Low ceilings, 1996 carpet, dated appliances + Cabinetry is not wasssup but it’s doable! Nice first place for someone moving to AZ or a family looking to upgrade from an apartment situation. I’m feeling the grass in the backyard Fa Sho! Can I make a suggestion big bro? Might be worth giving parents with school age children the D-Low on the local Elem/Mid/HS in the area! Also providing a rating of those schools would be icing on the cake! Stay up bro! You out here moving in these Hot Arizona skreeeeeets and I can’t do nothing but respekkkkk that! Be Blessed! 🙏🏽🙏🏽
My best for the wooden platform in the backyard is that it probably held a hot tub/jacuzzi at one point. $1900 is a bit higher than I would have expected. $1500 sounds about right for the true value pre-pandi. Two adults and 1/2 children could easily fit in this house with room to grow. I'm not sure about two older teens but 2 small kids would be no issue. Having a lawn in the back is a huge win considering how many houses at this price range and in this neighborhood have just dirt or gravel back yards. Overall the house is super functional it's just outdated but seeing how much you would have to pay for a similar house that was the same size but updated, this is a deal
This time of year before you move into a place check the air conditioning unit/s. Escaping the heat is really a health concern. Also how much is the electric bill going to be $$$$.🙃good video
Been rocking with u since b4 I moved to Phoenix and I been here 2yrs now, appreciate your time and effort on informing folks about Phoenix. Salute brother, stay safe ✊🏾
I'm pretty sure that was a sandbox for the kids lol. That's why it had the little handles on the front to open it up...but to keep the cats out. That's a big no at my house....we ain't attracting or keeping scorpions and critters in that bad boy. Thx for another great video Supe. ♥️
Nice house! But could you please find some rentals in the east valley🙏🏾❣you are the best though! Thank you for all your hard work on these here videos!
Yes. That's nice. It's good to know that they are coming back down on rent. This is just getting a lil bit too ridiculous and some people still haven't recovered fully to get back on their feet. And with the gas. Come on now. The DEVIL is a LIE!! This will stop. Thinking of moving to AZ and this would be right up my alley..but I rather have a pool in the backyard.😁
That's cool too!!! That concrete slab could be used for a garden and that wood can be reinforced, covered and used for a meditation spot. Lots of potential here!!! Thanks for sharing. ✊🏽👊🏽✍🏽
Hi big super it's the nice house don't care for the carpet especially downstairs but it's workable good price the primary bedroom has two closets the bathroom might have one thing but it's workable and I do live in California and you're right about the prices out here
What’s good big Supe! Tappin in witcha! Decent house, needs some upgrades but it would be Koo for landing spot for someone new moving into the city! Stay doing your thang bro! Stay Blessed!
They will spike your tires. Good grief. That’s pretty expensive!!! Before I walked in. I only like the backyard. The stage is easy removed. House looks like it’s been worn and ran through the washer a few times. The price is ok. All prices on homes will continue to rise as long as wages continue to rise.
its very decent house for a decent price in a nice area, only issue I really seen was the carpets looked filthy....for the red wooden thing in the backyard it had handles as if it opened up, im thinking maybe it was a sandbox under there...
That house has some issues but they are minor. It needs new flooring, carpet and a new countertops in the kitchen the bathrooms need some loving also. Its a great buy so you can make the changes but as a rental as is, I couldn't do it.
Wow, this is a great deal on a rental!! My landlord is going up on my 3 bedroom Mesa Townhouse rent in November, he isn't sure how much 😳. My God son's one bedroom in Mesa, went from 800 to 1300 per month 😳 He is moving back to Georgia in 2 months. 😳
What’s good Big Supe!! I see you out here in these skreeeets giving the people what they want! Like always, appreciate the content! You keep it 1hunna…. Can’t do nothing but ressspekkkk that! Low ceilings, old carpet, small bedrooms, cabinets and countertops gotta go! You right, a remodel is in order for this home! I’m feeling the grass in backyard tho! Overall nice rental unit for someone moving into the best city in the states! I have a suggestion bro, for those with school age kids it would be nice if you could provide the schools in the area along with the rating of those schools. I find that the better the area, the better the school ranks are! I get that Its due to how much property tax people pay that gets funneled into the schools but it would be a good idea to let a potential family moving into the area know what’s good. Stay Blessed bro! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Now thats what I'm talking about! This is more like the AZ pricing that I remember & how it should be. I pray more landlords follow suit just as they did when they road the price hike train.
In today's economic environment, the rental price is very affordable. You're right about what it would've cost a couple of years ago and that's around $1400 - $1500. But the current price takes a little sting off of inflation. Also, it's too much carpet. It gets dirty in a hurry but I could live with that. Before you sign the lease, have the management hire a landscaper to clean the grounds, saving you a few months of landscaping costs. It's excellent overall and in a good neighborhood.
It looks like another outside sitting area but a weight check is definitely needed. People usually build this and then stage it with outdoor furniture.
Mr. Big this home really needed some upgrades, such as that OLD School Kitchen with the tiny Island. Brand New Carpeting Through out the house. I'm not a fan of White Appliances either. But it did have some potential, such as the Masters bedroom walk in closet. Well maintenance in the front and back yard. $1900.00 is asking a bit high more like $1400.00. It's not a Bad looking house.I hope the house prices to continue to decreased, Great Video.
I could, like you said it's a rental. I wouldn't be looking for extravagance in a rental. Steam clean those carpets, it would be okay. The price ain't bad either.
It is a nice size home .. I myself wouldn't have the dinning room in the living room . That for me would be all living room for a older home I'm sure the owner could still manage at the $1,500 the $1,900 is a bit pricey. Ppl don't think 🤔 it's in ARIZONA SO HAVE TO RUN THE AC ... 😂 LOL this home would run anywhere for $200. + To cool .. most likely why it's still empty .. I can bet the big area in the back was for a above ground pool .. the other pallet type thing was probably for a hot tub .. but it looked unsafe .. thanks for sharing and showing us around .. trust me Tucson not must better with pricing . Have a Blessed day and stay cool Stay safe and always make it fun Love from Tucson Arizona 💗🦎🌵🌻🦉👩🌾🌵🦎💗
i think they are more interested in collecting application fees . a lot of arizona rental companys make a killing fromm app fees . they can rip people off and its legal
Damn hold that spot for me Sup I’m looking to move to Goodyear this year. And man good to see I’m not the only grown man wearing tie dyed crocs🤣 This ain’t that bad of a deal man considering the market.
I would like a rental house in in a small rural area Whitmore I heard was a nice area, I don't know. 800$ per mo or less fence yard for my dogs a must 2+2 would take 1+1 if. Wanting to move to New Mexico (Riudoso) if you have those connections there or can recommend someone there that is my preference. Rental for 2 seniors 2 dogs
8:34 I sure asf hope so. I've been $hittting myself since me landlord hiked my rent earlier this year. I can't afford to pay anymore, and I don't wanna be homeless!!
I moved from PHX to FL, lived in MI for awhile. Most of the places are now doing cookie cutter neighborhoods. I don't like that also there's more HOA's popping up.
Is Glendale a good area to live in. I wish I known about you a year ago my daughter is moving this month she is renting but next year she is buying she is renting in Glendale where should she buy. Good videos

I love the idea of having carpet And the backyard plenty of space for someone

I couldn’t deal with those bathrooms! It’s an older house so time to remodel!

Arizona is still in the running for my family... I'd live here

It seems that low ceilings is pretty common in Arizona in the older homes.
This helps with cooking and heating. The higher ceilings make it harder and more expensive to cool/heat.
Been rocking with u since b4 I moved to Phoenix and I been here 2yrs now, appreciate your time and effort on informing folks about Phoenix. Salute brother, stay safe ✊🏾
The houses might be same but Arizona can't ever offer what Cali offers that's facts
I'm pretty sure that was a sandbox for the kids lol. That's why it had the little handles on the front to open it up...but to keep the cats out. That's a big no at my house....we ain't attracting or keeping scorpions and critters in that bad boy. Thx for another great video Supe. ♥️

My parents live in Goodyear! Love the areas.. that is a good price for Goodyear… thanks for all you do!! Totally met you in Jerome!!
First Hey Super thanks for the content have a good day

Congrats on gaining 1,000 new followers Super💪💪
Great price. Kitchen leaves something to be desired but would not be a deal breaker. Thanks for the look❤️
Just wondering, how long has the house been empty? That might be a clue...

Decent price for the home and in good area

That layout looks very similar to a house we saw in Murietta, California!
Thanks for posting Goodyear! Keep it coming!
its very decent house for a decent price in a nice area, only issue I really seen was the carpets looked filthy....for the red wooden thing in the backyard it had handles as if it opened up, im thinking maybe it was a sandbox under there...
I think it might be the lighting. The apartment I live in the pics looked like dirty carpet. But in person it was brand new.
The house left too the house you’re looking at look’s exactly like my childhood house. :)
That house has some issues but they are minor. It needs new flooring, carpet and a new countertops in the kitchen the bathrooms need some loving also. Its a great buy so you can make the changes but as a rental as is, I couldn't do it.
You the man in AZ bro. Keep pushing.
Good Morning Super🌵 ☀️ 🤙🏽
Ok, that’s a decent price, could us some up dating but that would tamper with rent I’m sure. Loved the out door space too.
Great price with a good job that would work thx 4 showing

Downstairs should be remodeled. Price should be like it was 5 years ago.
whats up super ! looks like another great property
thanks for the video mr super!
Now thats what I'm talking about! This is more like the AZ pricing that I remember & how it should be. I pray more landlords follow suit just as they did when they road the price hike train.
I haven't heard you use official in quite some time in your videos I be watching and I be listening lol
Thanks big super I like the house just needs that magic woman touch

Cute house for the price... Can't find anything like that in south central PHX... Been looking everywhere around here starts at $2500.00
Looks good super loving the content. Please bring back “kings throne” when your showing off the home 😆
The backyard looks better than the inside. But if it is a rental I guess this is ok, if you are buying this home then a renovation is in order
That's not bad only went up by $400 a month. Wish there was a 1 story for that or less.
Mr. Big this home really needed some upgrades, such as that OLD School Kitchen with the tiny Island. Brand New Carpeting Through out the house. I'm not a fan of White Appliances either. In today's rental market you would be lucky to find a 2 bdrm Apartment for $1400. The $1900 sounds about right, without any upgrades.
As being a widow and only one income I’m having hard time finding a place. I work full time when school is in sessions
I could, like you said it's a rental. I wouldn't be looking for extravagance in a rental. Steam clean those carpets, it would be okay. The price ain't bad either.

Great vid!!🎥🎥
Nice not sure about the kitchen island. But nice
Super, it's in Goodyear, that's why.
That's truly a $1,350 -$1,500 price point. $1,900 is the rub..
I shared it ❤️
This is a nice lil starter rental 🏠
Maybe that thing in the backyard was a foundation for a shed?
Maybe the small deck was for a jacuzzi 🤷🏽♀️
🎯 I'm saying
That in the backyard looks like a platform for a hot tub
Things start to look bright again in Arizona anyway just checking on you you haven't posted a new video in 2 weeks where are you
That’s a good price for the house, in Tampa that would be 2,500 a month probably more
i think they are more interested in collecting application fees . a lot of arizona rental companys make a killing fromm app fees . they can rip people off and its legal
Very nice house 🏠
Damn hold that spot for me Sup I’m looking to move to Goodyear this year. And man good to see I’m not the only grown man wearing tie dyed crocs🤣 This ain’t that bad of a deal man considering the market.
Love your shoes
I love it
😎 I pray the rent wars are over
Nice place 👍
Just wondering which place is more preferable: Goodyear vs Scottsdale / Tempe / Mesa / Chandler. Suspect that everywhere prices are skyrocketing.
Is Goodyear nice area in AZ I like the house
Yes good year is a very nice area
Yes, more affordable.
I had some recent comments I don't see them
Love carpet
Nice
Hi big super 😄
I pay 1925 + per month 2 bdrm 2 bath on the outskirts of Atlanta…at least this is a whole house
Is it the same layout and style as the Litchfield home?
I would like a rental house in in a small rural area Whitmore I heard was a nice area, I don't know. 800$ per mo or less fence yard for my dogs a must 2+2 would take 1+1 if. I moved from PHX to FL, lived in MI for awhile. Most of the places are now doing cookie cutter neighborhoods. I don't like that also there's more HOA's popping up.
For these prices, I'm going to need some upgrades, that's just me
Is Glendale a good area to live in. I wish I known about you a year ago my daughter is moving this month she is renting but next year she is buying she is renting in Glendale where should she buy. Good videos
For hot tub!
Need a rental 3= 4bdrm nice landscape front & back please😀 need your deal lol Under $1600
Houses in California are updated compared to AZ.
What's the address? I had the same model of home at Camelback Ranch, 111th ave and Camelback the homes on the west side of community.
$1,900 What a bargain
