I truly have almost 10 years of actual manual QA experience and I still even today struggle when it comes time to interview. Your narrative is absolutely, hands down the best to use in the interview. You tube is filled with BS suggestions on how to ace the interview, but you my brother did a great service by up loading this video. Truly and absolutely perfect. This will clear the first 2 rounds easily. And I think with this narrative even if one is not to skilled the employer will be willing to bet on you. I WILL USE IT AND PROMOTE IT>

Absolutely true. I personally know colleagues who make fun or pass comments about certain individuals on the language skills. The person they make fun is the Director of IT where as the folks passing the comments are help desk folks with “Perfect English “….🙄

I have a Bachelors in Kinesiology and my whole work history involves either customer service or science/health. I am concerned why I was chosen as a candidate, but I do believe that over time, I will become a great QA. Does anyone have tips that could help me ace my interview? Or should I not waste anyones time and tell them to cancel the interview?
Hi TestDemy I think it was great because you explained the key points that need to be addressed during an interview. Your script was effective, to the point, and very thorough. I learned a lot from your approach because it makes sense to lead the dicussion. I definitely took notes because I've encountered difficulty answering that famous "Tell me about yourself" . When you mentioned to not discuss your hobbies, what school you attended, and anything of that nature, and to just focus on how you can be an asset to the company. I do have a question for you, as far as automation is concerned could you give me some examples of good bugs that would be impressive to mention during an interview?
Hi true 2self. Sorry for just now responding. You can talk about any bug that is a showstopper (critical bugs that hinders the application from working). You can also discuss web based bugs.
