ST180 - Revealing my new ford performance wheels!

In this video I finally fit some lightweight performance ford 17" wheels, with some Michelin pilot sport 4 tyres. I'm over the moon with how these look, even if the price tag was very steep! I personally feel the standard ST wheels let the car down, but it's now been transformed.

Nice upgrade Mitch! definitely worth buying new what with them and the tyres being the only thing between you and the road at least you know for sure they haven’t been mistreated in a past life. With you on the Ford nuts changed my dads on his Focus for exactly the same reason as you just got to do the set on my Mondeo now.
Good video mate. I have a mk2 fiesta too and also used to have a blue st like yours, great car I really miss it..
My favourite wheels. The m8 ST had disgusting wheels in my opinion, when the orange one came out with these wheels it was such a step up.
They are beautiful alloys. I'm hoping to upgrade to these on my Mk4 Focus ST Line X 👌

They’re very smart wheels! I think the new ST performance editions have gloss black wheels but I’m not too sure if that was someone who got them sprayed or a factory finish!
Tasty!!! Buying brand new wheels and brand new tyres is automotive goals for me! Money well spent in my books, just don't tell non car people how much they cost🤫😅😂

They really do suit the MK 7.5 shape.
Please may I ask if the new wheel nuts are keeping their new condition, or have the began to show signs of wear/rust/discolouration?

The wheel nuts do look good quality. The OEM Ford nuts are indeed shockingly bad!

Hi, I used the standard tyre size that comes with ST180’s. 205/40/17 👍🏻
Get gorilla lug nuts, the stock ones are trash. Mine got so swollen I couldn't remove them.
Will search them up, saying that the ones I fitted in this video are still going strong because they are solid wheel nuts 👌🏻
Did you weight them at all coz the MK7 ST wheels are very heavy and I bet there's a weight saving be interesting to know.
I didn’t weigh them but they definitely felt a lot lighter 👍🏻

nice video. tip to save you money on ford parts, put the finis number into ebay, rates ford, vospers etc who are all ford dealers have ebay shops, which a lot of the items are cost price
