    Please can I substitute the egg yolks with just egg whites? Or will it affect the milk recipe. I usually omit egg yolks in my recipes coz of its smell and colour change to the recipe. Please I'd like to know.

      I used egg yolk only to make the Lemon curd as a filling. It wasn't used for the Doughnuts. Doughnuts needs just 2 large eggs. Please watch the video detailed

      Yeah I believe she said the secret is to let your doughnut proof which is referring to the 2nd time you let it rise after forming the balls.
