I used to live in Japan a number of years ago and Tranexamic acid and Arbutin are used a lot in their whitening creams and lotions, i've used Japanese skincare for many years now and like both ingredients. I was pretty surprised and also glad to see them make their way into Western skincare too, as previously I only got them from my Japanese skincare from brands like Kose, Hada Labo and Sana. I use both for a power combo!! I'm using Face theory Exaglow, TO Arbutin and the premium whitening toner and cream for Hada Labo, all have tyrosinase inhibitors :)

It doesn't hurt either right? Just a big under skin bump that never comes to head. I used to think it was cystic acne but every vid says these hurt. Mine never did just something that looked awful and lasted weeks.

I had the same thing on my right cheek for months it would seem like it was going away but I could still feel the hardness under my skin. I was using pimple patches during the day and you name it and I tried it at night until I used the de la Cruz sulfur ointment OMG!!! that whatever you want to call it is finally gone as well as the hardness that just lingered around. I got the soap and ointment from Amazon for $13. Hopefully it works like it did for me
