Declan is going to be receiving a paid education in offensive football. Smart kid is laying down his foundation to succeed.

@MCfact1827 guess we could bring back Matt Nagy or maybe even Shane Waldren.

@@michaelmanwiller1869 Barrett who has more experience than Doyle would've been a better more qualified choice.
I could give you a list of more qualified people people than this nobody. Heck, The guy in the vid is talking about Doyle being HC worthy in a few years.

Doyle is a solid move, he's there to help game plan, and help get things organised when BJ is busy. At the moment, I trust the hires, the Bears are doing something different for them.

Doyle is a safe hire, and it’s great to see him get the opportunity as the Bears’ offensive coordinator. But realistically, he’ll probably start by focusing on cutting film and prepping for Ben Johnson, who will handle the game planning. No experienced OC is coming to Chicago since Johnson will be calling the plays himself. A plus is that they don’t have to pay a lot for Doyle as the OC. 😅

Great opportunity to develop a promising young coach… start of a new coaching tree?
      Thanks for this! 🐻⬇️

Doyle will be an extension of Coach Johnson's offensive scheming whereas older established coaches would want to debate Johnson on how to do things. He's not calling plays, let's chill for now.

6:18.... Wait a minute the book on Shaw is one of Intelligence, experience and player development ( see Andrew Luck).

@6:29 respectfully....where are you getting all this? What specifically has this been innovative at?
No one ever heard of this guy until he was hired.

There were other people out there who deserved to be in the OC position other than this doyle guy

    Wish we kept Brown..
he got snatched up by New England... but he got the W in Lamb -0 😮. So the bar is set now..will Caleb own Green Bay?

I agree, Brown was a big loss - time to see what Caleb can do.
