i use my 10% niacinamide on my body. don’t love how it feels on my face so i just put one or two dropper fulls of it in my hands, rub them together and rub them on problem areas. you could also buffer it with moisturizer
I wish more people talked about body care along with skin care! Nothing makes me feel better than some good self care but especially using bath and body products. I recently discovered the Pistache body cream and it absorbs SO quickly but still leaves my dry skin nourished. Not to mention the scent is heavenly 💕

I still break out in my chest and back .from teen years up to my being 45 now! I also think I get dermatitis on the back of my ear love skin near my hairline (still breaking out and flaking on my scalp). I use the Ameliorate soap during shower and use Ameliorate body lotion for KP on my arms, thighs and red dots on thighs.

Ok love the way you winked at us with using a good ph balance EVERYWHERE ! Also LRP lipikar balm changed my life! I have very dry eczema skin on my legs and this is the first body lotion I found that I actually love. Soft and hydrated for DAYS. Has the NEA seal
this year i started using the Aveeno Dermexa moisturizing cream, and it's incredible. soooo healing, moisturizing and hydrating, without being sticky and gross. i even use it on my face when i'm in a pinch.
this video made me wanna get the PC aha bodylotion again. there's just something about it that i absolutely love, and strangely enough i eventually come to love the scent of it. also, that retinol oil sounds super interesting. hmm. maybe it's time for me to finally try The Chemistry Brand.

I like the chemistry brand retinoil too but the ordinary retinol is actually slightly cheaper per ounce (same ingredient at same percentage). So I just mix that with my lotion. Plus no fragrance.

Hi Renee, TYSM for the wonderful videos! I really hope to hear your opinion about the 'dimethicone'/silicones so often used in the body lotions and hand creams. Usually it is also pretty high in the ingredient list. For example, in the LRP LIPIKAR balm, dimethicone is the forth ingredient. I also have very dry skin so the amount of body lotion I use is quite a lot. Do you think the silicones are safe enough? Thank you!

I’ve been curious for a while about body chemical exfoliation. Do you think it would be best to use a glycolic on legs and arms etc and use a salicylic on underarms and bikini line where I get ingrown hairs and back and chest where I get clogged pores? Or would glycolic do the trick all over? This video was wonderful thank you Renee!
What are your favourite products to treat KP especially on legs? Do you find laser hair removal or eliminating certain things From diet helps? Were you ever able to get it fully under control?

I left a comment on another video you did and hope you see that one or this 😆!! I am recently having a bad problem with my skin flaking and being so dry…especially flaking after I shower!! I have been using a regular soft loofah in the shower and the La Poche Rosay line you mentioned…the cleanser and body cream. What else would you recommend I can use to stop this from happening? I live in Florida…so it’s really hot and humid and I don’t like to feel greasy. I love how the products I’m using feel on my skin, but this flaking is happening and I don’t know how to stop it.

Hey Renee...did you grab the last four bottles of Chemistry Band Retin-Oil from Amazon? I had four bottles of Retin-Oil in my shopping cart and they disappeared before I could check out and of course it’s now not available anywhere! This video just rubbed it in my face! 😂
Seriously though, how often do you use the Retin-Oil? I need to get rid of some crepey skin and boost collagen production in certain areas where my skin is beginning to thin and sag a bit. I’m also looking for a good body microneedle roller.

Thank you for mentioning how overwhelming the scent of the Ameliorate cream is. Obviously, everyone is different, but I wish other youtubers had mentioned it, as that would have saved me from basically wasting a whole tube of it. Had to get rid of it after the first use as I really could not handle the scent. Actually, I was wondering if the LRP moisturizing cream was fragranced or unscented?
