I just started using the new Farmacy tranexamic acid and azaleic acid toner and I love it! I had no idea that this was what my skincare routine was missing and it’s made a huge improvement in just a few days already.

Hi but looking at the ingredient list it does not seem like Azelaic acid does much in this product. There is probably no more than 1% which is not enough to show result. Seems to me that it is used as a marketing tactic. Tranexamic acid and gluconolactone seems to be doing all the work.

I'm one of the weirdos that never cared for the Inkey List. I have very sensitive skin and almost every item I've tried has irritated my skin. I've started using the Geek and Gorgeous line because of your reviews and I love it!

Really wished I'd listened to you sooner about azelaic acid!!! Recently, I've begun to suspect that I have mild rosacea. A few weeks ago my skin started acting up, and EVERYTHING really, really hurt to put on my face (except rosehip seed oil and petrolatum). I ordered a few different azelaic acid products and now my skin looks better than ever. I'm ready to just do away with exfoliating products because I think azelaic acid + adapalene is going to make my skin look better than the whole complicated regimen I had going on before! Love it!❤

I also have a bad experience with this brand. Their salycilic acid cleanser broke me out and I hated the texture, and it does not cleanse much. I have tried the Ordinary salycilic acid masque and the SA cleanser from Paula's Choice and my skin loved them both and never broke out.
It was enough for me since a cleanser is not the most difficult to formulate. Using key ingredients is the basic but making sure the entire formula makes sense and gives result and a good enough texture is as important in my opinion.

I am struggling to find azelaic acid treatment that isn't a thick cream, I have a very very oily skin and I only have skinoren cream where I live and it contains a very pore clogging ingredient, we dont have any azelaic acid gels here that are medical RX formula, my only option now is this one by inky list,do you know if it ist safe for acne and oily skin?

I used this once and I got a rash the next day. I used it in my nighttime routine. It was definitely an allergic rash. I have oily acne probe skin. I took it right back to Sephora and got my money back. Maybe it's the lilac?

Hi, can you please recommend a HA serum product? Or a no bs cream etc that my dry face can soak in? Tried using cerave healing ointment (blue container) for the dryness and it did nothing. Tried night serum from La Roche Posay. Face was very dry again within a couple hours or less. Cetaphil sensitive lotion felt like my face was burning. Tried the ordinary HA a while back but it felt super sticky to me. Was hoping not to have to spend too much money because all these “tried and failed” are adding up. Thought maybe you had a couple tried and true to recommend for my current situation. Thanks as always for your videos!

I'm afraid to try azelaic acid. I used the ordinary one and it completely freaked my skin out burned it so bad. Is azelaic acid acidic on the pH scale? Now that I'm using tretinoin my skin can't seem to handle any kind of acid like ascorbic acid or glycolic acid. However it looks better than ever and I would never give up Tretinoin.

I will say- the one from The Ordinary was very grainy and it wasn't nearly as hydrating as some of the others. If your skin is sensitive I might recommend checking out the Geek and Gorgeous APad Serum- it contains a gentle AA derivative and never irritated my skin- it also helped a ton with pigmentation, redness, and breakouts. I believe AA is typically supposed to be formulated around a ph of 5, but that could also depend on the manufacturer and the formula.

It's too bad they popped off with so many products in rapid succession. It would have been so much better to release one well thought out product at a time. There are a few really good Azelaic acid serums and it's always great to get another, especially at this drug store price point. I'm disappointed to hear that the inkey list couldn't swing a good affordable formulation. Can't say I'm surprised though.
