Oh dang! Are you talking about the bracket area where the bushings bolt in? If so, its VERY VERY specific, like what I had to do was line it up completely straight on and then massage it in back and forth and then tap it a few times with a rubber mallet if you have one!
say less yeah bro that’s exactly what i’m talking it almost seemed like i had to bend something in but that’s great advice gonna tackle the other side tomorrow and actually get it in lol
@@JoshoVidz you got this bro, I believe in you! Just be patient with it and if it tells you anything, the fact that it's still extremely tight goes to show you that it wasn't loose and banging around so one less thing to worry about!
@@FENIX0916- mainly because when my truck's motor blew, it was down for a while and I was forced to daily the is300. I'm only 15 minutes outside of Baltimore and our roads are garbage. So I had to lift the car up a little and lifted with camber just looks silly
Got here from the reddit thread while researching suspension stuff for my lexus lol
Really? That's awesome! What are your plans for yours?
I need these now. Looks amazing!
I am a huge fan! I think the front still needs to come out half an inch but overall, I'm stoked about them!
Nice job. What wheel specs are those on the front and what size spacer
Thank you sir! Wheels are 18x8 +35 (I believe) and I'm running a 1" spacer. If memory serves me correctly, the tires were 265/35R18 on this setup!
that fitment is too mint
I appreciate that!
I have these now and i can’t even get the control arm in the placement
Any advice ? I was watching and you skipped the whole part :(((

The GX100 Are still the same as jzx100 Wishbones?
Truthfully I'm not 100% sure
But I know the jzx100 fits in the is300 no problems, they're just shorter so you have negative camber
@@Brakenex In my country the jzx100 wishbones are not available
@@Brakenex That's what I want 😁
@2129339 oh yea it's still a chaser right? If so they should work!
what is the offset of the wheels? I want to do JZX arms and am wondering what offset i should look at to get nice fitment without the use of a spacer.
They're either +42 or +35, I can't remember, but I had to run a spacer :)
Get a offset +12
@@putyaonskatez Yeah? :)
Any strut tower slap?
Nope :D
how did you get the ball joint nut to tighten without just spinning
One thing you can try is to apply pressure ontop of it with a large prybar (have a friend hold it) while you tighten!
@@Brakenex what size was that spacer and whats your wheel specs
@@ccdog2002 the spacer is 25mm or roughly 1" and the wheel specs are 18x8 with +35 or +42 offset, I cant remember exactly!
Yummy!
Delicious!
What size spacers did u use 20mm ??
I used 25mm spacers
The right wheel is 18x8 +15 so you don’t run spacers. Dang bro your control arm is going to smack the heck outta ya inner strut tower
Believe it or not, I never noticed that problem. But since this video, I've replaced the fronts with oem uppers again
