I could see either a Villains park being opened, or an indoor water park similar to one in Europa park which would be the cheaper option. I do hope the villain idea will be built as it has a lot of scope, and use it for long Halloween celebration to bring in more revenues
Hey everyone! Thank you for watching this weeks video, make sure to check our new Fan Shop with new merchandise from the channel. Anyways, That's a Wrap! my-store-c0c34f.creator-spring.com
About that third park. A second DisneySea in DLP would be amazing! But I guess OLC wouldn't be happy about it and where to get all that water from? Animal Kingdom I don't really see happen, as I think there's quite some pushback for new (parks with) zoos these days. Eurocot seems like a bad idea to me. That's like building a California based park in California. Also, building a park based on European lands is already Europa-Park's thing. Basically, the park already exists in Europe. And the technical pavillions? Well, is Futuroscope also not doing that already? Personally I think a Calisota park could work very well in Europe. What's "Calisota"? The fictional state Carl Barks initially came up with as the location of Duckburg, Mouseton and later Saint Canard. After all, what do Europeans love? Donald Duck and family! I mean, seriously, when I go to the store here and look at the magazines on offer there are about a dozen Duck publications! Don Rosa, writer/artist of award-winning comics like The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck, is also way more popular here than in the USA.
Love the additions to the resort with the extra hotel and skyliner. Only changed I’d suggest is to extend the boat over to Santa Fe and shorten the road that brings you to the entrance near five guys (purely to be used as an extended Disney village) would love a completely unique theme for the new park and to finally get the beauty and the beast ride in Disneyland Park
Great suggestions! I did think about having the boat extended to Santa Fe and Cheyenne but there needs to be some sort of difference between Deluxe, Moderate and Value resorts… The Beauty and the Beast attraction at DLP would be so amazing!
I’m so excited for the 3rd park! I hope they have an amazing original idea. They could even have a public competition & get people to submit their ideas for different lands, & then it would really be what the Disney fan audience want! And some fans have incredible ideas that give imagineers a run for their moneu
Very interesting ideas I’m excited for Disneyland Paris to improve a lot. And for the main park I have an interesting idea there could be a history land where then can be a rollercoaster and a dark ride themed to something from the past.
the new hotels and boatways work pretty well leading to the new park. im concerned the third gate as an IP-based World showcase will suffer from the original California Adventure criticisms of why build European countries when most guests can travel to those countries or are from there...although the China, Brazil, and Columbia suggestions would work. I think duplicating Disney Sea will face critcisms of current duplicating attractions. I think with all that Disneys reputation and we guests have been through, Disney will be expected to step up their game in originality with the new park concept and a coresponding deluxe resort for the entrance.
Love the ideas I'd love for DLRP to have an original 3rd park idea that's you can only get in Paris I love the Disney Sea idea they'd be able to open with night entertainment straight away.
Do you think the current car park located at Disneyland paris for day visitors would be large enough to hold the increased capacity expected with a 3rd gate? I think even if it was large enough, there would have to be a transport system put in place to move people from the car park to the new park. I think the sky liner perfectly fits the style of Disneyland paris, however I’m not sure if this would be able to hold the capacity of both hotel stayers and day visitors.
Being someone who goes to Disneyland Paris literally all the time, I just can’t wait for the third park. I honestly don’t see a Paris Disney Sea happening, even though it’s be amazing !! But I do see an Eurocot! Because Disneyland Paris is really a hub for all European families, they are the main guests, so nothing more fair than creating a park that represents some other eurocountries, as well as other countries outside Europe. I think the best lands would definitely be England, Spain, Germany and Italy from Europe, than Colombia, USA and Brazil from America, China from Asia, Egypt from Africa and Australia. It’s be absolutely insane ! Even though, in a more realistic way, they’d probably go with England, Spain, Italy (EU countries that visit the park the most), USA and Colombia (they wouldn’t miss the chance to do something with Encanto), China, Egypt and Australia representing the other continents.
That does sound pretty good! What they could also do is use the old Westcot plans have have 4 lands based on continents, each land is pretty big and includes several countries. This would further differentiate it from Europa Park!
i think somthing like Epcot is Possible, a Disney sea would be Mindeblowing but i think somthing Uniqe and New should be build to get People from the US and the Asian Parks to DLP
When I think about what the theme of the 3rd park could be, I think more like an Epcot kind of thing. The biggest mistake one can make then is to introduce European countries, since most of the guests already come from another European country and because there is already such a park in Germany: Europa Park (which, by the way, is really a amusement park, while Disneyland Paris is more of a large shopping center with an attraction here and there). From a practical point of view, however, construction of that third park should already be started now, if they want to be ready by 2036. If you see how slowly people in France realize anything, you should therefore already see some movement. Even if only that people would put up poles to take measurements. Bearing all of the above in mind, I rather think that there will be a shift and that some kind of urban development will happen (houses, offices,...) rather than a park in that place. It will now take a lot of time and money to really develop the 2nd park into a full-fledged park (where it is still a dragon so far, even with the addition of the Marvel part). In the end, only one thing is important to Disney: profit (money). And if that is not in it, then as a fan you can jump and shout, nothing will happen.
It's so wild that the Skyliner even exists at WDW... since they removed that mode of transportation from there and Disneyland years ago. But yeah, I think I really like that concept! And I like your progression from transportation to accommodations and then to the park itself. Hmm, I think EuroEpcot is probably just not going to work because I believe Europeans are already much more sophisticated about foreign countries (and I got that "IP everywhere" comment). Unless it was mainly non-European countries... so Columbia, yeah! Mulan/China maybe? How did that go over in Europe? I agree with your problems with Animal Kingdom. What do animal parks in Europe do to deal with the weather now? So I think the best bet is DisneySea, with that volcano and all the Verne related theming in it.
I found the Skyliner somewhat weird when it was announced but after staying in Caribbean Beach during the summer, I fell in love with it! Glad you enjoyed my ideas!
I don’t think that’s something to worry about. The audience of the parks are completely different. No one that comes to Disneyland Paris goes to Europa Park to spend a day. That’s a trip of its own.
To be fair, they might have to build a third theme park in 2036 according to the contract they signed with French authorities... BUT the 2036 is by no means a certainty. It comes from an amendment to the preexisting agreement that stated a third theme park had to be built before 2026 otherwise Euro Disney SCA would lose ownership rights over the designated plot of land available for its construction. The amendment as it is right now states that a new amendment can be made to postpone it again before 2040, until the two already existing parks manage to gather 22M guests a year. Even though it is very cool to imagine what a third theme park might be, please keep in mind that the 2036 deadline is more of a goal than anything else, so please everyone, now that you know, keep dreaming but avoid spreading misleading news ;)

I like how we both used Westcot as at least an idea of what a 3rd park should look like
Westcot is “the man” when it comes to theme park concepts that never came to be… so good!
@@themainstreetnews it was so fascinating

They should do a more fantastical version of Disney’s Animal Kingdom, but focusing on mythical and fantasy animals!

For Paris, I don't think EPCOT or Animal Kingdom are best.
Rather they should have "Disney Sea Paris" (incl. the hotel MiraCosta Paris)
Oh how much I would love to see MiraCosta come to Paris! I agree with you!
Disney could either make an original park idea or an original water park idea
Why not both? Haha
Epcot should have a land inspired in wakanda it fits better because of african futurism. Disney+ is even doind a animated show about it
