The answer is simple, most of them don't care about abuse of power by DC, they only do these things for optics...
I think the Democrats are usually absent in when these matters are talked about because their in favor of the raids on people's homes in the middle of the night and terrorizing people. So they don't want to hear from people that don't agree with these tactics so they just don't show up for the hearings. If people notice the ones that get their homes raided are conservatives, Republicans, anyone that's prolife.
Those are the empty seats of the disinterested Democrats and RINO'S off on their martini hour at our expense.

I've been asking that question for several months. There are way too many empty seats for this to be correct.
This is a committee hearing, not all of Congress attend, not even everyone on the committee attends because they have other hearings/meetings to attend. You might notice even if the committee member speaks at a hearing, many times they leave right after their "5 minutes" of questioning the panel

What about the imposed fees and costs of living with new imposed government regulations and compliance? Hidden costs of all these new regulations? Crazy costs they are imposing. Increased water and sewer cost due to regulation, Natural gas cost increases. Electrification costs and mandated chargers. Inflation driven property tax increases (I did not benefit or see any of the gains), licencs tags and auto hidden taxes to meet new regulations? These are real inflation drivers on top of tax increases. National, state and local government agency are all sapping us all!!! And we have NO recourse or opportunity to avoid???

This was a horrifying incident and Mrs. Malinowski almost lost her life as well.

ATF violates the shall not be infringed mandate! It is unlawful in every aspect. The only illegal gun is in the hands of criminals and illegal invaders.
First and foremost, anyone being searched, should ABSOLUTELY be there or have a proxy to make damn sure the scope of the warrant is followed, nothing more.
2nd, STOP doing these night raids! STOP with these no knock warrants! Wait until the person being searched has the chance to have an attorney present, and if you can't afford an attorney, one should be appointed! A HUGE problem is public defenders are paid by the state through our tax dollars, we are literally paying them to violate our most basic rights!
How is there no conflict of interest with the public defender and the state??
There are way too many public defenders who are talking people into taking plea deals! Scaring people who dont know any better into taking these deals that really end up screwing them in the long run. Its a win win for the public defender and the state if you get people who are scared to plead guilty!!

Don't forget at the dead of night, not executing a search warrant a week prior since he wasn't home, and stalking him for months prior.
Criminal's do not care about gun law's, these ATF (rules) only affect LEGAL weapon owner's! ATF should not have the power to implement such rules, only congress should have this power alone.

Exactly! Like does the ATF really think that once you need an FFL to sell guns the criminals will all be like "Yeah, let's stop doing what we're doing"?
