As someone who lives near La Jolla here in San Diego California, it truly is such a fancy and beautiful place. I work security in La Jolla and let me say that all of the architecture in the city is modern and there are many scientific labs and industrial complexes. Beautiful homes like these are very La Jolla. There's a reason why it's called La Jolla, "The Jewel".
This has to be the most cosy, warm house in all of your videos. You just know it was designed and decorated according to a family's needs. For small babies, the railings are very important. The owners seem very thoughtful and creative as well. Well done!

It's a nice house but it's a 5-10million$ neighborhood with several lots of same size and view so the price has no bearing on reality. You could buy a house for 7million, tear it down and build the same house for less than 5 for a total of 12 million. I guess it's that good old list it for tripple market price LA real estate premise.
