He ran from the police. He pulls out a pistol. The officer has about 1 second to determine if the pistol is a 38, a 45, a 9mm, a cap gun, a squirt gun, or maybe a pellet gun. It’s very important that you stop demanding justice and start demanding better parenting and accountability. A 13 year old is dead but that cop has to hold that on his conscience while he lives. Also hate to break the news but a Glock 17 pellet gun replica looks exactly like the real thing, if you idiots think that the officer has the time to examine such weapon for authenticity in a few seconds while thinking his own life is about to be taken and he himself has a family to get home to and bills to pay, maybe yall should start applying to be cops and do a better job in that situation

Also how many similar instances to we need to see where it was clear that the cops planted nothing but somehow even when armed and attacking cops we always find away to make everyone else but the cops a victim? Something gotta change and I hate to tell you it’s not always the cops or their training. A vast majority of police encounters are a result of an actual crime being committed so if we want to continue to just cherry pick encounters based on race or age when statistics say something completely different then maybe we need to start sending the victims to their own part of the country or to their home countries which they love to represent more than the country they were actually born in and remove the bad bad police and let that play out for a few years so we can come back to reality. Fact of the matter is you hate cops so much? Always want to blame them? Stop committing crimes and being a low life citizen, after a couple years of crime stats dropping, the policing budget will automatically start lowering in cities due to lack of need and either reallocated elsewhere or pocketed by your perfect politicians

Officers have to make split second decisions every day. If someone is running from the police and they say stop and then you pull.out a gun? Real or not, the consequences of YOUR actions, determine the outcome. You cannot scream for justice for a kid running the streets at night with a gun. Real or not. This is sad that the kid lost his life. Where were his parents? It doesnt matter what your age is. Under these circumstances, there could be nonother outcome. It is time.parents start being parents and quit trying to be your kids best friend. Teach them right from wrong. Teach them to respect authority and police officers. Teach them to respect their elders. Stop making excuses for their bad behavior. It is high time children AND adults are held accountable for their actions. Do stupid stuff, expect negative outcomes. If any one of you think it is so easy being a cop - you go to the police academy and see just how easy it is. The abuse that officers experience daily is directly linked to why so many officers are quitting or retiring early. They do a thankless job protecting thankless people.

Unless after he was down he aimed it at the cops? Still to many questions, also parents need to teach their kids that its no a game out here and people have real 🔫 s. And also why was this 13yr old riding around with a glock pellet gun? Aint noone tell him thats a good way to get unalived? This kid was failed on so many aspects of life, he might have been carrying it thinking he has opps cus all theis drill music videos making theis kids thinking they need opps, im not saying it's rapper faults, but kids especially this generation feels like they have to have opps and also this generation is being forced to grow up quicker now, SMH all he had to do is stay in that car and not show that 🔫, he could have told the cops he has a pellet gun on him and worst that would have happened is they would have taken it from him and had his parents come pick it up.smh, this is a bad situation and truth is cops wanna go home safe as well, so teach your kids to just be kids and also be aware and dont let them be around people that make them feel like they need a toy 🔫 to be hard around, cus he probably thought he was showing off and being a gangster and nothing good comes from that, another child lost because of bad choices and high stress.smh sad, even if the kid was in the wrong still r.i.p to him, he was still a baby playing big boy games and it cost him his life, sad for his family may he rip,and also the officer who shot him probably thought he was saving his partners life and probably feels like crap that he killed a kid, or maybe he doesn't,the point is we all dont know, cus we wasn't their and video only shows an outside look, unless you have ever been chased or shot at or fear of being shot,it puts you into this survivor mode and time happens so quickly then slows down like the matrix,im gonna wait gor the body cam to come out to see the full storyline, either way this isn't good. Moral to this story: Don’t run from cops

This is truly sad. RIP to this young man. I know people are upset and hurt. However how would the police know its a BB gun? Did they mention what the victim was doing before this horrible situation happened? So sad for everyone.

People need to just blame on police, he’s 13 years old with a replica gun but think from police prospective ,will you really investigate like oh this is not a real gun bla bla? Hell no, he’s risking his life working at night time so that you guys can be safe. The kid should’ve stop if he commit no crime and just cooperate with police, that would have never happened.

That's why when the police tell you to stop you stop. It does not matter how old you are. That you should teach this in school I was taught this in school that you respect the police and you say yes sir. And the more you respect the police the more they will respect you. So who was not respecting the police officer?

Those pellet guns look just like other semi-handguns. AND, it WAS a pellet gun. Do you want to take a pellet?

Would they be airing the body cam video of the 2 officers that were on top of him? Because i don't feel like he should've been shot dead if they already was on him. If he did attempt to pull a weapon, they could have shot his hand. Who shot him? The first officer was punching him, so did the second one just came over to shoot the kid?

Looks almost like the young boy was punched several times before the shot went off. about it I’m very disturbed. My heart goes out to the parents. I will pray for them.

@@phyrhfbr1819 first off you have to wait for all of the facts to come out, but to sit there and say that it was an illegal use of force is grossly unjustified. you think the officers dont care? who wants to have to live with the fact that they killed someone, let alone a 13 year old kid, let alone when the weapon was a pellet gun? in this day and age with social media and how quick people are to react like you do, no officer wants this to happen.

@mikester619gaming4 not really, maybe I know more about this and maybe my job might have something to do with this... the punch was excessive force... the shooting is undetermined pending further investigation... they have many statements yet to collect... but those punches are considered excessive force because at the time they were delivered he had already full mounted him he had control already... how so? well he had enough control to have a free hand to through punches rather than restrain 🤔 you are an average you tube commenter who doesn't know what he's talking about... I'll serve you up though fool... and you need to come hard when you wanna take a shot at me... im a veteran of this 🙃

I wrote a comment because I know what I'm talking about, or have you even thought to wonder why these videos are in my algorithm 🤔 you should've waited to respond to my comment, not tell me to wait... take your own advice, buddy...

Aside from gangs, suburban teen males who shot at schools, churches, malls, etc. have specific identifiers: violent video game infatuation that takes up a huge amount of the kid's time, sketchy friends or none, weapons collections in their rooms -and parents who never noticed, inspected, spoke to them about it or sought help for these obsessions. Raising kids is hard work, a lot of sacrifice & stress. Teachers, cops, social workers... they're all trying, too. They're not to blame.
