Regular plan മാറ്റി direct പ്ലാൻ ആക്കാൻ പറ്റും. Switching എന്ന് പറയും. പക്ഷെ ഒരുവർഷത്തിന് ഉള്ളിൽ ആയതുകൊണ്ട് exit load & Tax വരും.

ആ പണം ഉപയോഗിച്ച് ലോൺ അടയ്ക്കാം.ബാങ്ക് ലോണിന് പലിശ കൊടുക്കുന്നുണ്ടല്ലോ. അത് ലഭിക്കാം
ഓപ്ഷൻ 2:
ആ പണം നിക്ഷേപിക്കാം.
നിക്ഷേപത്തിന് ബാങ്ക് പാലിശയേക്കാൾ കൂടുതൽ returns കിട്ടിയാൽ, ആ പണം കൊണ്ട് ലോൺ അടച്ചു കഴിഞ്ഞാലും കയ്യിൽ ബാക്കി പണം ഉണ്ടാവും. പക്ഷെ അങ്ങനെ കൂടുതൽ returns കിട്ടും എന്ന് ഉറപ്പുള്ള നിക്ഷേപം വേണം. കൂടുതൽ returns കിട്ടാൻ കൂടുതൽ റിസ്‌ക്ക് ഉള്ള നിക്ഷേപത്തിലേക്ക് പോണം. അവിടെ നഷ്ട സാധ്യതയും ഉണ്ട്. അതായത് ഇപ്പോൾ കയ്യിൽ ഉള്ള പണത്തിൽ കുറവ് വരാനും അതേ സമയം ലോൺ അടയ്ക്കുകയും വേണം എന്നുള്ള സാഹചര്യം വരാൻ സാധ്യതയുണ്ട്. അത് നമ്മുടെ നിയന്ത്രണത്തിക് ഉള്ള കാര്യമല്ല.
അതുകൊണ്ട് ഇതിൽ ഏത് വേണം എന്നത് നിങ്ങളുടെ തീരുമാനത്തിന് വിടുന്നു.
😊 PS: പിന്നെ കടങ്ങൾ ഒഴിവാക്കി സമാധാനത്തിൽ ഇരിക്കാൻ ആണ് ഞാൻ ഇഷ്ടപ്പെടുന്നത്. അതുകൊണ്ട് ഞാൻ ആണെങ്കിൽ ലോൺ ക്ലോസ് ചെയ്യും.

I have a doubt.can we start an NRI mutual fund VIA an application by giving kerala mob.no. and other details?
No. If you are linking your NRI bank account, then the registered mobile number of that account should be used.
You can use the Kerala mobile number and the account linked to it for MF investment.
The problem is, there will be an OTP coming to your registered mobile number. Sometimes that SMS will not be received when you are in Bahrain. That is a problem.

Question is not so clear. Anyway, you will have a source and a targest scheme in STP.
In source scheme you can make another lumpsum investment when the money is over.
