Wanted to thank you very much for this video because it helped me to fix my heater which was similar to yours. I ordered the same switch from Amazon and it fit like a glove. One thing that you might want to know for future reference is that on top of the panel where the switches are in the recessed area there is a large screw which if you remove it you can take the whole panel off and get access to the wiring that way. If anything I was able to remove some dust and debris that was inside of the panel and also to use WD-40 to pull off the Spade lugs easier. It also helped me to remove the old switch easier.
