    I modeled my entire throwing career around Mac's techniques. I remember watching VHS videos on him when I was in high school in the early 90's

    its great.. am sure all want to see the old pictures when i was a kid when he was big.. but, aging is a hard road and seeing it on my parents and all other great stars.

    How Mac can be sooooo thin . He was a huge human in his days . I was a distance runner and I'm a 300 pounder now .crazy

      Its not Mac. I threw in a few indoor meets with him in the 70's. Looks nothing like him.

      Yes...it is, in fact, him. He is 50 lbs lighter now

      That is Mac at the Ironwood Throwers Camp. I was there last year and met him. He's an amazing coach and a good guy

      Overcoaching?! Wrong.
      That's one of the greatest throwers in the history of the event. There isn't enough you could get from him.
      And no, there is no such thing as "just throw".
