Can you make a video going over wiring issues. I have a 2005 Polaris scrambler 500. Brand new battery, stator, edi box, ECM, ignition switch and starter. I’m getting no power from key to starter.
You the man. I got a ? I have a 2001 Polaris 500 i am torque down the head bolts it’s 22ft/Ib then 51ft/Ib so that means before you do step 3 you need to be at 73ft/Ib ? I think that’s were we all getting mixed up at because Polaris should have said add 51ft/Ib to the 22 so it makes 73 then continue to the third step of loosening it up . Let me know if I am wrong thanks
It's 1) 22ft lbs 2) 51ft lbs...Not up to 73, Just up to 51. 3) loosen 180 degrees 4) loosen another 180 degrees 5) tighten to 11 ft lbs. 6) tighten a quarter turn. 7) tighten another quarter turn.
Hay. Can you help me? I have a 1997 Polaris Sportsman 500 and it bogs down when I hit the throttle. I took of the hear to see it the cam was bad and it was perfect. I cleaned the carb and the more I drive it the worse it gets. Thank you for videos!
I would check the jet on the carb. sometimes if a little dirt somewhere like from the hose or during install could cause that. It has happened to me. I would clean the carb. It would run good. then bog a little later. I'd pull the carb out and the jet was plugged. If its a 97 I would replace the fuel lines and make sure the fuel pump is working properly as well.
Next episode: Titaniumman goes commando !! 😆😂🤣
Lol

I figured out a chassis wire was the problem with the solenoid but still no turn over just a clicking noise
