to be fair, that kind of opening fit a League players very well. the whole point of League is to play well and wait for your opponent to make a mistake, rather than you trying to brute force your way to victory

You're right sadly. Rapid isn't as good as Blitz on this level. It's not that hard to get to 1800 or 1900
