Thank you so much for this video and for responding so quickly to suggestions here in the comments for more postgrad content. And congrats to Cassidy on making it to the program! Really appreciated her advices and willingness to share her experiences
I'm sorry for the slow reply to this. Postgraduate interviews are a little different to undergraduate interviews. They will be more interested in your proposals for research, if you're applying for a research Masters.
Hello Dr. Williams, thank you for this video. OII’s application has a separate section for experience. Would you recommend leaving your experience out of the PS, or still to mention the important ones to guide the admission officer? Thanks in advance!
It may be worth just briefly mentioning experience in the statement of purpose (especially if it relates to your academic potential), but then giving more detail in the separate section.
Not much at all, I believe (I'm not involved with maths admissions, but feel confident on this point). Your undergraduate degree will from the primary basis of your application.
What percentage of post grad students are over 50 when they apply (for a taught masters)? Do you offer online masters? Googling these questions a lot. Thank you for your very accessible videos 😊
Do you think I should apply next year ( currently in year 12)? For GCSEs I got 4,5,5,6-5,6,6,7,7 and my uni admissions teacher told me I shouldn’t bother even if I do get good enough predicted grades next year. I really want to do ppe at Oxford but I’ve always been a middle set student. I currently do Economics, Geography and Computer science

Great Video! I would propose, if I may, doing that exact Interview with different Postgrad study paths. One of the best channels out there!
Thank you! I'm always hassling people to come on the channel, so hopefully there will be more soon!
I got an offer from Jesus College, and I'm eager to meet you, Dr. Matt.
Great! Congratulations!
Are masters interviews similar to undergrad interviews which appear in your videos? I have an interview on Friday and I’m so nervous.

You’ll want to work hard to disprove them then!
